simple, i dont put 5 start, because the three's are for the good product and services fast and courteous, but the prices are so expensive and so confused, for example, the kid cup caramel cheesecake, show pieces of cheesecake but i never receive that and i receive a extra cost ( $1.19 ) by that well, between all charge for receiving the caramel cheesecake cup plus $1.19 add for the pralines pecans on top plus taxes i pay $6.27 but never receive my cheesecake pieces on top

This Twistee Treat was a breath of fresh air. Most other locations I visit have slow and unfriendly staff. But Madison was ready with a smile. She should be the standard that all Twistee employees strive for. Will be returning to this location more, even though others are closer to me.
Our "must go to" place every time we visit Orlando. Brings out the kid in me. My wife and children love the product as well. The service is pretty quick and staff very corteous.Parking: The location we visit is at PosnerPark. It is a shopping center with lots of free parking.

I went through the drive thru and got a kiddie cup (oreo mint) and there was a hair in it . So they make it over and there is less ice cream in it the first time . Manager was rude and no one was wearing hair nets . Do not go here!!!!
