Just moved to Davie, I grew up in Homestead so I know what good Mexican food is. Let me tell you, this spot hits! Clean no thrills Mexican food that is everything you want with no gimmicks. Great specials daily as well. I know the spot is very low key but trust me, the flavor and authenticity pack a big punch. Ps. They also happen to have very good vegan/vegetarian options for those who are on a plant based diet.

My family and I have always enjoyed coming here and have consistently received great service, but unfortunately, tonight was a different experience. I ordered a regular meal of three tacos for my kids (all under 6) and one unlimited taco meal for my husband. From the start, the server mentioned that the unlimited tacos couldn’t be shared—which I understood, though it felt unnecessary since I had already purchased a separate meal for the kids. The issue arose when my husband tried to help our toddlers eat their tacos (as parents often do), and when he went back to get more tacos, we were told the manager wouldn’t serve us because they “saw us sharing.” It felt like a misunderstanding, but instead of clarifying the situation, we were simply refused more food. Once we explained what had actually happened, it became clear it was an assumption on their part. Still, the experience left a sour taste and was disappointing after years of positive visits. Sadly, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

My parents were craving tacos, and their absolute favorite spot is Davie Taco Bar. The Uber Eats window was about to close, but I called and Camilo, being the legend that he is, happily kept it open for a few extra minutes. He totally saved the night because my parents wouldn’t settle for tacos from anywhere else; these really are the best, most delicious tacos in all of Florida. Huge shoutout to Camilo, along with his friends Manuel and Jefferson, for always bringing the good vibes and amazing food. If you haven’t yet, make sure to swing by Davie Taco Bar for the best tacos ever! 🌮🔥

I ordered food on Uber Eats an hour ago. The estimated time of arrival was 25-45 minutes. Three drivers attempted to pick up my food and couldn't. The last time I'll order from them... update after more than an hour I called the restaurant, and they kept transferring me to someone new. Eventually, One person said they turned off their Ubereats app because they were too busy. If that were the case I wouldn’t have had an issue…. Except that was after they accepted my order. Then another guy said it’s been sitting there and he’d “even send me a picture of my order”. Then why didn’t they notify the Uber Eats driver that it was ready ?!?! I can’t imagine the owner would be ok wasting a $60 order. *** 2 years later I tried them again: I ordered online, we picked up the food and the order was completely wrong. I called explaining the order was wrong and the person who answered said "What do you want me to do about it? " He then tried to say they were busy and when that happens they make all the orders the same...the rest of the experience continued as badly as it started.
