I will never give this place business again. I ordered a cake for pick up and when we arrived we were told that the cake was ready at another location because they didn't have someone to drop it off to them, so we were told we had to go pick it up at another location. No courtesy of even a phone call to us to let us know of their issue. Super unprofessional.

Very bad and terrible service from the soft-spoken gentleman who serves, he wastes a lot of time, and doesn't respect the people waiting for deliveries, he doesn't know how to do his job well, and he makes fun of people, I think he should have more respect for people.

Great service tonight! I just came in with my family and there was an employee by himself for the entire store. He still managed to be fast and helpful. The store manager should consider staffing it better. Kuddos to the employee.

Disgusting, as-well as some of the poorest service I’ve seen if it wasn’t for the uncomfortable welcoming of 3 homeless men outside of the establishment the ice cream was frozen hard and looked old, I will never bring my family back

When I come here the icecream is either rock hard and full of ICE or straight liquid. The cones and toppings are stale. This is the worst BR location. Spend your money elsewhere
This is now the THIRD time that I’ve ordered through DoorDash that this specific store was out of every single item I ordered. I would suggest taking yourself off of DoorDash if you can’t keep your inventory current.

Ordered two 2 scoop sundaes for a grand total of $22 without the tip included. One with hot fudge + almonds, one with praline Carmel sauce and almonds. Instead of hot fudge, I got chocolate sauce and only MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce, same meager amount of Carmel sauce and NO ALMONDS on either. Can't take back because we ordered through Uber Eats. I guess they know this so they decided that it didn't matter how it was prepared. VERY DISSATISFIED. Will not order from them again. (Gave driver $4 tip as it wasn't her fault.)
