Disgusting, as-well as some of the poorest service I’ve seen if it wasn’t for the uncomfortable welcoming of 3 homeless men outside of the establishment the ice cream was frozen hard and looked old, I will never bring my family back

When I come here the icecream is either rock hard and full of ICE or straight liquid. The cones and toppings are stale. This is the worst BR location. Spend your money elsewhere

This is now the THIRD time that I’ve ordered through DoorDash that this specific store was out of every single item I ordered. I would suggest taking yourself off of DoorDash if you can’t keep your inventory current.

Ordered two 2 scoop sundaes for a grand total of $22 without the tip included. One with hot fudge + almonds, one with praline Carmel sauce and almonds. Instead of hot fudge, I got chocolate sauce and only MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce, same meager amount of Carmel sauce and NO ALMONDS on either. Can't take back because we ordered through Uber Eats. I guess they know this so they decided that it didn't matter how it was prepared. VERY DISSATISFIED. Will not order from them again. (Gave driver $4 tip as it wasn't her fault.)

Came in here for some ice cream at 8:00pm on a Friday night. They literally had 2 ice cream options available. Reese- none Oreo- none Coffee- none Rocky road- melted Pistachio- melted
All of the ice cream was gone! Literally gone. No mint chocolate chip no Reese nothing. Scrapping the bottom of the containers. No sauces. Don't recommend. We just wanted some ice cream ?.

Not only could the employee serving me not locate the spoons but, they also took an obscene amount of time to craft Michelle’s chocolate milk shake. The blood, sweat, and tears that were put into this task was admirable, but for future encounters, I sincerely demand that the efficiency of the operation is ameliorated. Lots of love, Annie.
