I been here few times, but received great customer service from a very cute young lady with beautiful skin and beautiful smile with braces by the name Bella. She was very quick and helpful with serving me. I definitely will be back for more pizza here!

My girlfriend and I came into Blaze for the first time and had such a great experience. The place was really nice, and the vibe was perfect for a date night. Bella took care of us and she was so sweet and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable right away and really added to the whole experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The worst Blaze I've ever been to. I only order here because I don't have another nearby. If you order online, your order will always be half an hour late. Some employees are unfriendly, and the managers don't resolve anything or even care. My order has been mediocre on multiple occasions. No apology or compensation for my wasted time, just bad attitude and arrogance. Good pizza, of course, that's why I buy here, but terrible service from some employees, especially the managers. It should be noted that I am a very frequent customer, I am here almost weekly or twice a week.

Clean and good lunch specials. My pizza was given to me extra crispy which I didn't order. I advise the cook but he didn't offer to redo it.

Came here one Friday night was looking to get food. We were a big group however we’re treated very rudely as soon as we stepped into the building made us wait outside before we could even order again was very rude. Then we decided to take our business elsewhere because of the atmosphere and the employees were extremely rude. Then they proceeded to follow as we left and asked if we were ordering or not. We politely told them no and once again, the employees were rude and shut the door on us would not recommend.

We came in to blaze excited for dinner after a hard game. We were met with disapproving looks rude comments and forced to wait outside of the establishment. We decided to talk and see if they were a place we wanted to eat and they met us outside with rude and snappy comments and went as far as cheering as we decided to leave. I will not be going to ANY blaze in my day.

Love the pizza and the crust option. It’s by far the best spot that’s inexpensive, good quality and lots of options. It’s great for kids because they get to see and pick whatever they want on their pizza. The summer specials are great. Love the 1/2 Build your own pizza and drink for $7.99

I love this pizzeria but I have had the worst experience in this venue whenever I travel I look for a blaze pizza I did the same this time and it was totally disappointing the rude staff they didn't let me assemble my pizza please so drive a little more but avoid this bad experience

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service has gone downhill Well, six of us were waiting in line and had already ordered the manager. Come over and told the only two people that would make pizza to do the takeout or First and make us wait. 1, issues 2 original pizza dough is so flat and they , SUPER CHEAP STINGY with the cheese YOU GAVECTO OAU EXTRA and with the toppings! SOME ELSE MENTIONED THIS TOO WHIXH IS GROSS they throw the pizza paper sheet touched by all the staff right AND HAS BLACK PERMANENT MARKER ON IT on top of your OUT OF THE OVEN pizza, WHOCH IS GROSS AND THE PAPER STICKS TO THE CHEESE NASTY very unsanitary and this specific location WAS GOOD BUT NOT ANYMORE ALSO THE KETO PIZZA USED TO TASTE GOOD NOW ITS NASTY LIKE CARDBOARD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Unnecessarily long wait time.

Every time I go here I'm waiting at least 20 minutes without any acknowledgement by your employees as they pump out online orders.

Please repurpose your unused line area, which is currently being used as open storage and make it a dedicated space for online orders. I beg you.

Here's the good news: you already have enough employees to do both online and in-person orders AND you already have an unused space you can dedicate for that work.

Question is: will you make the necessary change or just keep things as is?

Your move, Blaze. Let's see some improvement!

I’ve always appreciated the concept and convenience of Blaze Pizza, and I've visited the Davie location a few times in the past. However, on my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed by the noticeable decline in cleanliness and food safety standards.

My biggest concern was the food prep station where all the toppings are stored. Only about half of the ingredient trays were properly covered; the rest were completely exposed. What really shocked me was that there were multiple flies, at least six that I saw flying around and landing directly in the open containers with food.

This is not just unpleasant, it’s a serious health hazard. It made me question how often the prep station is being cleaned and whether the staff is being properly trained or supervised on food safety protocols. It’s very unsettling to watch flies land in food that’s about to go on your pizza, especially in a restaurant that prides itself on fresh, made-to-order meals.

Second time already that i order 20+ min in advance and I get to the location to see that my order is not even in the oven yet…. Its 6pm, the place is dead and not busy and they have not even seen my online order. I cant imagine if someone is rushing or tight on time this would be a disaster. Theyre so slow on inline orders it’s ridiculous.
