This was our first and absolutely last time at Blaze Pizza, and honestly… the place was dirty and gross—tables not wiped, containers looking like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. It felt like basic cleanliness just wasn’t on the agenda that day… or any day in general.
Customer service somehow managed to get worse with every staff member we interacted with. No greeting, no effort, just mumbling, attitude, and employees visibly throwing things around like they were personally offended we had the audacity to bother them by walking in and ordering.
Our order was messed up, which honestly would’ve been forgivable if literally anything else had gone right—but it didn’t. Everyone looked miserable, annoyed, and like they hated their job.
If this location represent the Blaze brand, that’s concerning. Bad food experience, worse service, zero accountability, and a dirty environment.
Do better—-or at least clean the tables.

Getting a gift card with the extra five dollar gift card that can only be used in the new year should be reconsidered. They made it very difficult to be able to use it. It can only be used online, not in the stores. Plus, in 2026 they changed the whole format and would not allow me to get into the app with my first use. I had to go back back-and-forth twice to get a new password because there was something wrong or glitchy with the app. This made it very difficult and the apps look completely redesigned, so it was very difficult to find what was needed to be able to make the order. If it wasn’t for the sheer stupidity of offering a gift card with the extra card that won’t work whenever you walk into the store, I would’ve given it five stars.

My family and I enjoy Blaze. I usually order on the way there. By arrival, it’s hot and ready. The customer service is warm and great. We can’t leave without enjoying a cup of the blood orange lemonade.

Blaze pizza in davie is on point with service and making the tastiest pizzas. The line was moving swiftly. Even the dough maker kaleb who was working in a different section greeted everyone and came to the front to help work the line. The manager was working the oven and helping the staff. He was pleasant and checked in as we were eating to make sure everything was OK with our pizza. The pizza was well made and delicious. Highly recommended

My husband & I heard about this place from a friend of ours. The pizza was so good!! The prices were right and you can get unlimited toppings on your 🍕!!! The line moved pretty quickly. We enjoyed our visit!! This is now one of our favorite pizza joints😉

Great pizza easy to order right over the Internet never even spoke to anybody and this is my third purchase. Love it my daughter moved into a new apartment and we needed some food delivered. It worked out perfectly
