I went an hour before closing today. The girl took our order and gave us the feeling that she didn’t want us to be there even before taking our order. My Smoothie came out almost half the size of the cup and without the dipping dots. I asked for it and she gave me that bunch. TERRIBLE. We also bought a Tteokkboki but was super watery looking like a soup and completely tasteless. We only asked for a refund for the Tteokkboki. This used to be a great place. I used to be regular there, but the customer service ruined it.

The drinks were delicious but the food is very overpriced for no reason. The portions are quite small and it’s just reheated frozen food.the decorations and music is super nice.

I visited Borasoo Cafe and had the black sugar milk tea. The drink was delicious, with a rich and satisfying flavor, but unfortunately, they had run out of boba for the day, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, I can try it with the boba next time!
On the bright side, the cafe itself is cozy and has a great ambiance for studying or hanging out with friends. The seating is comfortable, and the relaxed vibe makes it an inviting spot to spend time. I’ll definitely be back to try their drinks again, hopefully with boba in stock!

Never been to a Korean boba shop, it’s very good! The drinks were almost too sweet, so be warned. We got banana and red bean boba that were so sweet we didn’t finish them. Overall, good experience. Customer service was decent but they seemed a bit not there. Was kinda empty when we came. On the more $$ side. I like the inside seating!

We visited here twice while on vacation and each time the service was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for boba drinks (there’s 40% off happy hour on certain days for specific drinks) and the BTS kpop theme was major plus! You can even purchase discounted previously opened kpop albums (BTS and others) from a small selection by the register. Next time we are in South Florida, we’ll definitely stop by again! ???
