i ordered ubereats this morning and for some reason my order was sent to this burger king even though it’s not the closest burger king to my house. the entire order had an issue. they gave us french toast sticks with no syrup. they gave me a small coffee when we ordered a large (also no straw). they did not give any extra sauces that i had paid for. they didn’t put cheese on my BACON EGG AND CHEESE breakfast sandwich. this is such a simple job and the order was for two people and they just couldn’t get it right. i’m not sure if the employees can read. order at your own risk.

So I was paying for a condiment because I was just 2 crowns away from having 250 crowns to redeem an item. I told the cashier that as well, she didn’t even ask for my code and proceeded to charge me anyway. Once she did that, I asked if she can refund me and I can re pay for the condiment, she flat out said “it’s too much work”. On top of that, she didn’t even give me the condiment either. It didn’t matter but it was very rude of her.

They are very slow. You can hear annoyance over the speaker when you place your order. They ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER! My husband and I choose to drive to another Burger King, further away from home, to feed our family to avoid the frustration.

Terrible service at the bar, especially the employee named Nia... she throws the food at you and gets upset if you ask her for some sauce... she is very rude... The supervisor doesn't treat her customers well either... and you pay for it, yes the service It was free, I don't even want to imagine the deal.... I won't go back to this store again.

Pulled up at 2: 25pm. Was at the drive thru speaker for almost 4 minutes, no one acknowledged me, I thought they were closed, pulled up to the pay window and the lady inside was on her cell phone, when she opened the window and I started to place my order she stated that I would have to go back around to the drive up speaker and couldn't order at the window. I told her I was at the speaker for close to 5 minutes and she stated that the sensor didn't go off and I would have to go astound again..I drove to another food establishment...

Came in here to eat and as I was standing there ready to order the smell was un bareable. Smelled like vomit us 3 walked right out and went to McDonald down the street.
Supervisor was very rude I ask an question an she gave me the mean face grab her phone then she went to talk on it, This is the worst Burger King experience ever I will never go Back to Another 1 .This Location is Horrible, Dirty ,n short of Staff, also they like the phone more then the customer please Don’t go here Bad N Rude n poor Leadership here.

The place is very neglected! The employees are distracted talking to each other, there is no good attention! Very dirty tables. The place is old in disrepair! The roof leaks water, the bathroom is in very poor condition.

There are several signs that say open till midnight but when I showed up around 11pm, I was told "unless you're DoorDash, we're closed". If you're going to close the drive thru early, then update your signage.
