I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was served to me with rotten lettuce. I ate half before I noticed. I was sick all night from it. The young guy at the window was nice. But the food made me sick. I tried to call to let them know to through away that lettuce. But it was not a working phone number. Soooooo I will just post this here.

The first time that I went to a Burger King was 45 years ago in Miami, since them I avoided all this type of fast food or franchise but on Monday October21, I went back with a friend that she have the desire to eat a burger, French fries, 1 order of onion rings plus a soda and I order a cone of vanilla ice cream. Place was a desert, 2 more clients and us... after she brought her food & I my cone of ice cream I grave (1 each of onion ring), I did taste and spit out and run to the bathroom to vomit after that walk back to the table, she only one bite of the burger and 2 onions rings & a zip of soda, I stand up grave everything of the table and throw away in the garbage.

I ordered French fries with no salt and the worker took the FF that were already made and stuck them in the fryer to get the salt off.They were hard and overcooked.

I've been coming to this Burger King off and on for about 4 years now. The food, service and atmosphere has definitely improved over the last few months. The staff is super friendly and attentive to my order, as well as the food is always hot and fresh. There are several other Burger Kings closer to my house but I prefer to visit this location. Definitely recommending this location to all my family and friends.

This location has greatly improved from earlier in the year. The customer service is top-notch, they remember my previous orders as I am a regular to this location and are always very friendly and attentive when taking my order. My food is always hot, fresh and made to order as I usually like to add mayo and jalapenos to my bacon double cheeseburger.
Parking: Always clean and presentable. Besides a few pot holes, which they repaired the largest one recently, they have ample parking.
I wondered why the parking lot was completely empty. Now I know why, inside stinks. We were the only ones in the store, employees just looked at us and carried on. As if they didn’t work there so we just left.

I went to Burger King with my wife the other day for lunch and it was great! I was very surprised to see how attentive the staff was even while my wife and I were eating. Esmeralda stopped by and checked on us a couple times to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely going to visit this location more often! Ask for Esmeralda if you do!
It appears that the establishment is under new management. I was pleasantly surprised by the noticeable improvements. The ambiance has changed for the better, the staff members seem friendlier, and even the quality of the food has improved. I commend the management for the positive changes they have implemented. It would be beneficial to maintain these improvements to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

When. I made eyes ? contact with Natalia she smiled at me and when she open the window and I said good morning she look authentic and honest with her good morning. When I ask her name she just says Natalia without ask why? I just let her know her smile was beautiful
