This is the closest Burger King to my job and I usually don't have a problem with it but I will say that the young lady that was the cashier yesterday should really be trained on how to make items. I asked for that goofy SpongeBob drink and Ashley was making it she said that she didn't even know how to make it and butchered that thing lol. I'm not going to hold it against her but maybe there should be a little bit of training for new items that are coming out. I'm still going to continue coming to this location

I am a first time customer here at this location. Instead of being greeted professionally, I prompted the manager on duty to unlock the restroom door so I can use it before I order. Before I can enter the restroom the mangager told me to βkeep the bathroom cleanβ. Immediately I felt racially profiled because that was very unnecessary and unprofessional to say at a paying customer. The guy in front of me gets the manager on duty undivided attention including a greeting before ordering, Iβve gotten totally ignored when it was my turn to order. MANAGER ON DUTY(11/19/2025) needs to be retrained on how to respectfully acknowledge paying customers.
A nice, clean restroom. But I ordered a Cold Foam Mocha and the drink was not dark in color at all and had no sugar. π It didnβt taste like chocolate at all, unfortunately. I ordered a Large fry that was only halfway full.π€¨

I do enjoy a Whopper once in a while. In fact, I get a craving. But this one wasnβt great. I asked tor extra ketchup and didnβt get any. No napkins either. In future. I will drive on by and satisfy that whopper craving elsewhere as this was disappointing.

Burger King is always solid. The food is tasty and the Whopper never disappoints. Service can be a little slow at times, but the staff is friendly and the food always comes out fresh. Great place for a quick bite
I started sitting at the speaker box of the drive-thru, at 12:30am this morning. I got my food at 12:50am. A couple of weeks ago, the same situation occurred, around the same time. There was a car at the box, and i was directly behind that car. I waited 15 minutes in that exact spot, until i decided to leave. I'm not blaming anyone, but...damn. I've worked in restaurants for 25 years. Every one of them could cook an extra-well-done steak, with all the sides, in that time.

Driver thur order of a BBQ Brisket Whopper Heavy Onion there was no Brisket and no Onions , really price. Not a happy custom to get what , you want you need to get of and place the order and check your food before you leave .
