I took a friend for lunch & she ordered 6 pieces of chicken McNuggets, nothing specials. I asked her to see her received payment, which was the price for McNuggets + $0.03 cents charge as a senior soda, I asked her if it was your soda included on the tap no, but on the ticket was charge but employee said that was not included "BUT WAS CHARGE ON", isn't the $0.43 cents that she pay afterwards. My friend, she is a senior " plus " and pulls the C. Card & pay for the soda.
Vegetarian options: Please check your employees. Nothing is free, but charge a client for 3 cents categorized as a senior soda and refuses to see the charges is wrong.

I'm going four star on this one, food is pretty okay for fast food. It's not great but I've never had terrible food that had to be brought back to the counter. Service is always awesome, staff tries hard to get the food out the door quick. Atmosphere is...... It's a Burger King. 🤷 All in all, it's pretty good. It's my go-to stop when I skip lunch on my way home.

12/23/24 So I purchased a meal at another Burger King at another location on Nob Hill on my way home. On the way I tasted the burger which tasted bitter so my next stop was here. I explained at the drive thru my misfortune and the person referred me to the manager Javier who was of NO help. He could NOT speak English very well and was very condescending. He said no money no nothing. I had my receipt, the tag on the bag and the uneaten burger which was missing two bites. I was so disappointed and so was my taste buds. A manager like that should be properly trained to keep customers happy. It was just a bacon melt. Hoping he will be aware of this complaint and trained accordingly. My name is Cecile C.

Eh. Not the best place I have ever seen. The manager was too busy on her phone to notice the line (that came right after I showed up, I was literally the first person in line) that formed behind me. But the food was perfect. Hot and as ordered.

Worst food all the time. At least the last year, everytime I try to go there, they make all the sandwiches the same in the order instead of what is actually ordered. Fries always soggy and cold or room temperature. Drinks are always nasty like the carbon is off. Just nasty as hell all around
