This place is always missing something, sauce, menu item, terrible management, such a shame to have this lack of interest in a business. I would go to the next Burger King, or McDonalds is on the next exit. DO NOT make this your burger king experience, its sad, and speaks nothing of the chain. 15 years of experience, no improvement.
The place was clean, quiet, the music was loud and not very according to my taste, but in general everything was fine.

Drive through customer. I ordered a shake, and as usual, the shake machine was allegedly broken. The truth is that the employees don't want to take the extra time to clean the machine, so they just turn it off and call it broken.
