I ordered online, when i got there they told me my flavor icee was unavailable, and offered to replace with another flavor. I didn't want anything else so i asked for a refund. The manager came out and said they could not give refunds, I would have to go thru the website. I then asked for my food and was told i dont get that if im asking for a refund. I said i only wanted the drink refunded, she said NOPE!!! I have lived here 20 years and they used to be great, In the past 5-6 years i have had nothing but problems here...will not be back.

I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and had some coupons. They asked me for the coupon code, I gave it to them, and then they told me to go inside the store. I told them I didn’t have time, that I was in the drive-thru, and I had already provided the code. They gave me the drink and fries, and when I checked the sandwich, it wasn’t my order.
Of course, I ended up having to go inside the store. I spoke to a female employee, and she was rude. Then she called the so-called manager, a very unpleasant and disrespectful man with terrible customer service skills. He rudely told me that they had already told me from the beginning to go inside the store, which had nothing to do with the issue. Meanwhile, the female employee kept blowing kisses at me from inside.Mocking me in front of the manager.
They never refunded my money. It was truly a terrible experience. It’s unacceptable that they have such unpleasant people working in customer service. I feel awful and want to contact corporate about this situation.

Never had a bad meal here. Clean areas, Food comes hot, managers are up front and friendly. Order kiosks take some getting used to but gets your order fast. Recommend.

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Burger King location #11633 on December 22nd at 1:31 PM. Despite providing a valid app code multiple times, the manager refused to honor it, and I was forced to pay full price. This situation was handled poorly and does not reflect well on your brand.
I am requesting that the owner or upper management contact me to address this issue. This matter requires immediate attention to ensure better customer service moving forward

I stopped by for a quick lunch, got to the front there was a young kid on his phone, I proceeded to the kiosk because God forbid they take your order upfront, I couldn't find what I was looking for and walk to the register there comes a "colored, bald, Manager, who needs a drug test done with a shirt two sizes smaller with an attitude" , sending me back to the kiosk, I told him I was there but couldn't find what I needed, "it's there on top" , it wasn't, so he comes out and presses where it says "limited time offers" and points it out "it's there, you gotta read" I look back at him and once he is behind the register he repeated "you gotta read". I walked out.

Burnt or charred chicken nuggets are not edible.The service at this store is terrible. I bought 3 crispy rap and the chicken nuggets inside were burnt and inedible.
