Don't come. This place is hot. The lady that attended us today Jan 29 at 11:50 am was very unfriendly with an attitude. She didn't understand what kind of cone my husband wanted. The balls or scoops of ice cream were so small that you can see the empty space between the balls and the cone. We will not be back.

Even was able to pre order a vegan ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday! Just a regular ice cream place, but have at least one vegan flavor (every time I’ve been)

Step back in time for a no-frills nostalgic visit to this Carvel located in an old strip mall on Sterling Road in Davie. During the week, many children come here after their martial arts class held next door. Decor is limited to old posters and signs along with a counter length display case of hard scooped ice cream, a self-serve freezer of take-home treats like flying saucers and birthday cakes and Barbie-pink neon outlining the ceiling. Limited seating - it is a place to order and leave. We come here for their delicious vanilla and chocolate soft serve twist. A child size cone (around $2.50) is tall order.

Showed up at 11:20 am. Website says open at 11am. The lights were off and the sign was off. I called and there was no answer. I was disappointed because I don’t have a Carvel near me. Do they just open whenever they want? I’m confused.

Cancel ice cream is budget friendly, but THE SERVICE and workers there are absolutely horrible and stingy and completely unfriendly. The older lady and the older gentleman that either own or work there should not be in the food service industry. They treat you as if they're doing you a favor when you order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve gotten the same cake for my son’s bday every year since he was born and have had no problem with other locations writing on this specific cake. The lady here refused to write on it saying she doesn’t know how and wouldn’t try.

There was a fly in my ice cream !!! And I barely had walked outside when I seen it I returned inside and told the lady she was very rude about it and just took it off the ice cream and tried to say it was a cookie crum my friend said let her say and seen it was indeed a fly . And after she said it was outside

When I questioned my Order total she became very rude asking if I’m counting the numbers (total) Beware this lady tries to take more money than what you pay for. Every time I come in for the same ice cream our totals are always a different price… scam artist. Other than that the ice cream is great. I love carvel, I don’t like the old lady tho

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! My wife and my two daughters had already visited the place before, they had a boy serving today who made a mistake when we decided to change an order, then an older lady with black hair came out who also serves with a not very pleasant attitude and Since we don't speak English I was alone listening to what the young man was saying who made a mistake, he was very rude.

Terrible customer service. Today I went in at 9:30pm and the lady said I could not go in with my service dog. I had my dog’s animal support vest on and my dog’s card but she would not look at it. I looked around and saw no signs anywhere that states they did not allow dogs. I guess she was not happy I walked in there 30 min before closing. I will definitely not be going back this location!!
