I have come in this store many time and spent money. The police was called after purchasing water, sitting and texting on my phone. I was told they were not comfortable with me. Maybe if the water had cost as much as a cone (3 dollars more), would not have been treated the way I was. I will not give this store any more of my money. It is unfortunate.This is world we live in.

Very poor service from the ice cream shop employee named Roxana. She didn't let me in because I was with my service dog. She said my ID was fraudulent, even though she was committing an illegal act when I showed her the ID. She still made racist comments. I appreciate the owners training their staff on the law for service animals.

One of the worst Carvel experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working there was incredibly rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. No gloves were worn while handling food — completely unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, they were ridiculously stingy with everything, from toppings to portions, like they were doing me a favor. Disgusting attitude, poor hygiene, and cheap service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The service was terrible .The lady who was there treated us horribly. Ms. Roxana wouldn't let go of the phone and some people arrived after us and they were served first. She was super rude. She shouldn't be working in customer service. She did my order with one hand and took forever not letting go of her phone, wherever she would go she will with the other hand grab the phone talking to someone on speaker. When she finally finished with my order I told her “this is the worst customer service that I have ever received in this store and I am a regular customer, she got very upset saying that my order was to long and thats why she had taken that long and I told her you took long because since we came in you didn’t even made eye contact with us and took her about 30 seconds to even acknowledge us knowing we were there and then she walked the whole store taking her sweet time. She then told me to shut up because she couldn’t remember the order to charge me. Very disappointed in this service and definitely not coming back to this store while this lady remains in service. I have elderly family that are still in the workforce but none of them treat customers like this. Unacceptable

If i could give them a 0 i would! Many of the ice cream flavors had clear cross contamination. The place is overall very dingy and dirty. The customer service is very poor and even worse several health violations were broken, no hairnets and no gloves. Lastly the ice cream is extremely grainy and full of ice shavings. Quality of ice cream is horrible!
This has to be the best soft serve chocolate ice cream of ALL time! It’s the only place I go to eat with the family, especially the grandkids. I’m making sure they know what real ice cream should taste like!!

Horrible service and attitude. I ordered a cake with an image and when I go pick it up the picture is all blue it was a hot mess. I asked her why it was blue and she said it was because the image was blurry but yet she never called me and told me it was blurry so she let the image come out blue. Don’t recommend this location what so ever they are very rude.

This is the third time I have gone there in the last year and the soft secret ice cream is not ready. Today I arrived there at 12:45. They open at 11:00 and the same thing, the soft serve was not ready. That's ridiculous, it should be the first thing the employees do on arrival as it takes a while for it to get hard. Very disappointed!!

Don't come. This place is hot. The lady that attended us today Jan 29 at 11:50 am was very unfriendly with an attitude. She didn't understand what kind of cone my husband wanted. The balls or scoops of ice cream were so small that you can see the empty space between the balls and the cone. We will not be back.

Even was able to pre order a vegan ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday! Just a regular ice cream place, but have at least one vegan flavor (every time I’ve been)
