I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.

Have gotten birthday cakes here. Go out of my way for this location. Never disappoints! They bring our ideas to fruition. Cakes taste fresh. The staff is friendly. Highly recommend for cakes or an ice cream treat!

I had emailed pictures of some complicated cake ideas my daughter wanted - he was honest and said neither cake could be done and showed me a picture of a cake they previously did. It’s was perfect!!! I love 40 minutes away - they allowed me to finalize the order via text & pay via Zelle - very accommodating. This cake was ordered 2 days before the party - when it arrived the cake was more beautiful in person than the picture, the icing and ice cream were very fresh as well. Will Definitely use again in the future!

If you’re on the hunt for a custom Carvel cake look no further. Liz and Anthony created a fantastic custom ice cream cake for our daughter a few years back. So when we needed a custom ice cream cake for our son they not only delivered another perfect cake but, were able to accommodate my last minute request and then my last minute date reschedule. Both times they were incredibly gracious and professional. They worked with me to finalize the right design, placement and color scheme. My only regret is not getting a picture of the cake before everyone descended on it 😂. Thank you Liz and Anthony for another wonderful experience. We appreciate it!
