We had a great experience with Catering by Mark at our outdoor evening wedding at Pinecrest Gardens. Blanca was very communicative in helping us plan--important since we don't live in Miami. Mark did a very thorough run-through with the couple at the venue beforehand. The cocktail hour and reception went off without a hitch, and the servers were friendly and great about checking in on the bride and groom to make sure they had food and drinks. Food was delicious, too. Make sure you get the baked brie tarts as one of your hors d'oeuvres.
