German roaches!! Very slow and rude staff.. the food took forever and wasn't good at all all.. I thought Char hut.. would surpass McDonald's.. anyhow.. save time and money do not go here its a hazard.. roaches will crawl out the cracks when you sit

I ordered a half an hour in advance. When I got there my food has not even started being cook. As I am waiting people in line without their food before me and I ordered a half an hour in advance. So all I can figure is that you take the online orders and you push them to the back that's not why I order online is for the food to be ready when I get there.
Burgers were average. Too much bun. Fries coldO rings so, so. All staff were slow. Waited for fries and o rings, that were sitting in staging area, while burgers were already at the table.Some staff appeared to have special needs and I applaude you for hiring them. However, they need a work coach. Black beans and rice and Kalvin Ledbetter were the stars of our visit.

First time here. Staff was very friendly! My medium rare cheese burger was DELICIOUS! The only downside is that they have pepsi products and not coke products.Parking: They have a large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of indoor seating for the kids.

Char Hut is a staple of south Florida if you want a super solid, char grilled, quality burger and quick. You walk in and with a quick scan of the menu, you walk up to the register and order. The gentlemen there today (Rui) was super polite and helpful with questions. Even made a suggestion that saved me some money! :) thanks Rui! Grab a booth or a table in the restaurant that has somewhat of an old school vibe and wait for them to call your number. We ordered 3 burgers, chicken tenders, mac n cheese, black beans and rice, fries, sweet potato fries and FRINGS (fries and onion rings in the same basket) They slap the burgers right on the grill in front of you and they cook the burgers fresh to order. (Got mine medium while my wife wanted it well) they time them out perfectly and they are sent down the line if you want toppings. I got lettuce, onion, pickles ketchup and mustard. All the toppings were fresh and crunchy! These burgers never miss on char flavor and with your choice of roll, it's always delicious! The tenders of which i thought were going to be standard frozen tenders, came out feeling fresh. Nice, clean, white meat with a thin breading. Nice and crunchy while staying moist. My youngest cleared the mac and cheese in about 3 mins. It was creamy, cheesy and delicious. Looked great! Rice and beans, shockingly flavorful. No disrespect to Char Hut, but with all the Latin restaurants in south Florida, i don't expect a burger joint to have seasoned rice and beans, but char huts were great! Lastly, the fries/onion rings . Perfectly cooked, crunchy, fresh and great portions. Onion rings/straws are absolutely amazing. Thin, crunchy, plenty of onion, THE BEST! Chat Hut just doesn't miss. We have been a bunch before and will be a bunch more!
