I placed my order online and I want to go pick it up there. They cancel the order, even though I confirmed it through the app and I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Plus, I ordered the eight piece nugget with a medium fry and only gave me seven small nuggets and only five fries. I would not recommend this place at all. And the iced peppermint coffee taste, just like cough, syrup, and all the syrup straight at the bottom. Itās not even blending.

Unacceptable practices that this Chick-Fil-A (CFA) conducts. I witnessed first hand, an open container food product redelivered to another customer by CFA staff after it had sat in the procession of another customer, subsequently being rejected by them. I would imagine CFA to have better food safety and handling practices. Iāve been terribly disappointed seeing this happen. What other shortcuts and ethical oversights is this place willing to do?

Spend 12.50 on a chicken sandwich combo that is wet soggy sandwich. What is the hype about. Spend 7.50 at McDonalds instead. You will get a Crispy Chix Breast, higher quality bun and vow to never go back to Chick-Fillet again.

I came to this location on 11/11 at 7pm this is the second time that I came here and had my order incorrect. I stayed calm I understand it happens when you have alot of customers coming in at the same time. I ordered for my family of 5 spent $70. I put my trust that my order was going to be complete to get home and miss a meal. Sat down to have dinner with the family came to realize I was missing a whole meal fine no problem. I head back to get my order with the receipt only to have the manager ask me if called to complain and be completely dismissive as if I'm trying to get a free meal. He handed me the meal and told me next time call ahead dismissive like I just didn't spend my hard earned money to get an answer like that was a slap in the face. I had my wife and son in the car and after coming from a 4hr drive out of town did not want to cause a scene. Please pay attention to staff it's a clown show. what was there when I went the staff running around like it's a playground. Either get better management or it's going to cause alot of your customers. For the prices and quality I would expect better service. NOT TO TREAT ME AS IF I'M COMING BACK FOR A HAND OUT A FREE MEAL!

The buin bread was horrible, simple. When ypu say pickels I think in a good slices but really poor and the main brands protein it was not a masterpiece of chicken of once of the famous!! fast food resturant, in my opinion you are only marketing, I'm really dissapointed and frustrade of your brand!!! Do not decerve neither michelin start of the worldwide ranking!!.
Chick-fil-A for breakfast, has been a let down lately. Had the chicken bowl, very sparse. More hash browns than eggs and chicken always lately. Also Cold Brew, black is always difficult for them to figure and itās always made poorly. Clearly an after thought, they shouldnāt offer it. For some reason, mine was full of ice and water, it seemed and then some coffee. Thatās not a Cold Brew. Thatās an Americano with ice. If thatās their recipe, change the name. Itās not a Cold Brew (black). I get that everyone loads theirs with milk, Carmel and whatever else, but not everybody does that. I heard you guys are opening coffee chains. lol.
