The services I received today were not good. They gave me the wrong order. I ordered a #2 deluxe and received nuggets . When I returned it the manager Dina was very RUDE and showed no empathy. In fact, she rudely credited my account and walked away. A staff member Tonya witnessed her rudeness…. I understand people make mistakes but how management especially handles the situation plays a key role. Service recovery goes hand-in-hand with customer service. Please do some training around customer services. Thank you!!
