Terrible customer service. Usually chick fil a is on point but today they are not. Worst part is when they are wrong they do not care, and I know they do not have to care because they are busy. This morning got the wrong breakfast order in drive thru. Got home and realized and called. Spoke to Daniel a manager who informed us that we could bring it back and get a refund or exchange. We informed him we dont have time for that now. His suggestion was to save the food and bring it back later because he is not at the store anyway. Apparently he is driving. We suggested we send him pictures and get a refund over the phone because we dont have time for that for a $17 order. He refused and insisted we come to the store. Told him to keep the money, they must really need it. No accountability at all. Decide to eat the wrong food but it is burnt. Still have the burnt taste in my mouth. Disgusting.
Not sure what is going with this location after my last 2 drive thru visits. Ordered grilled nuggets as usual, got fried nuggets when I got home and opened the bag. Today same order as always 2 meals, 1 adult 1 kids meal, got home no fries. This time I came back and wasted 30 minutes of back and forth driving because I was not having it. This next part, I am allowed to say because I am Cuban, but it sounds like the location is suffering from the Hispanic effect because I already hear managers talking to and giving orders to employee in Spanish. Take it for what it’s worth but that’s usually a sign of a company headed in the wrong direction. And now we are stuck having dinner almost an hour later. Oh into the manager, give me a brownie just because I’m heavyset does not make everything better.

Never in my life coming back here. The cashier looked at me while I was in the drive through then went on down the line and took everyone order except mine. Never again in my life will I spend even a minute in your drive through. I’d rather buy a frozen patty from Walmart and heat it up in the microwave.

1. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was extremely small and super thin.
2. When first approached by a staff member, immediately greeted in SPANISH. I am offended that staff assumes I speak Spanish like they do.

Bad attention from the manager, he took me out because a dog is not allowed and I have my service dog and he didn't care, I asked him to withdraw my order and they gave me my money back, bad service

The young workers really know customer service! They are such a pleasure to do business with. There is a huge difference between Chick Fil A and EVERY other fast food chain.
