They didn't put chicken in the sanwish and they put the blame on Uber, the manager on duty decided to hang up the phone, I called again and with an ironic voice she said to everything ok, that is to say she didn't care. They left my granddaughter without eating.

I've never been so disappointed and upset before with customer service at a Chick-fil-a before. Like legit upset. Ordered food, paid and drove off to find out half my order wasn't there. Not a big deal, mistakes happen.When I went back, I was told they didn't have the item and could get a side salad instead. You let me pay and drive off knowing you don't have the item? Still understandable, mistakes happen, especially late at night when you want to finish up and close.But the third strike was when I was made to feel like some liar. I understand people make up fake allergies all the time nowadays to get what they want and it ruins it for the rest of us with legit allergies, but being questioned "you're allergic to lettuce but can eat kale?" really upset me. But I didn't say anything, I accepted the refund for the salad and ate my disappointing meal.I've always enjoyed eating here because it's the only place that sells an alternative salad that I can actually eat but to be treated that way was beyond disappointing and it truly hurt. I was really happy to eat here and then my mood was ruined.

Was having a wonderful experience when suddenly an employee came in and started being abruptly rude and aggressive. Imagine my surprise when i found out she was the manager, shelby. I have contacted chick fil a customer service but felt the need to report it as i found it concerning that she was in a leadership position. I will never return to this chick fil a as i dont believe it is representative of chick fil a’s values.
They got one of my meals completely wrong. Made me wait forever to correct it. When I finally get it the bun is cold as if it came out of the refrigerator.

Chick-fil-A has the best systems, procedures, and people in the business, bar none. Ordering and picking up food from them is completely painless and an actual pleasure. I ordered through the app and picked it up via the drive through. It couldn't have gone any smoother. The food and the experience were excellent. Love this company!
