Do not go to chicken kitchen it is so nasty there is literally no flavor it is so gross and over priced save you money and go somewhere else

**Someone I know did a DoorDash here a few weeks ago, and watched a girl drop a piece of chicken on the floor that the manager had picked it up and put it back on the grill to be served. Corporate was called and notified of the situation, but I am not sure if they did anything. I would never eat here. Be careful.Im beyond disgusted.

My experience at this dining venue was nothing short of spectacular. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions. I started with a delightful appetizer that was bursting with flavor and set the stage for the main course. The pasta I ordered was homemade and clearly crafted with care, coated in a rich sauce that was both savory and satisfying. The dessert menu boasted a tempting array of options, and I chose a chocolate delight that was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Highly recommend!

Very fresh, tasty chopped chicken bowls. We prefer CK to Chipotle. The food is fresher and tastes better. Preparation is nicer as well. Restaurant appeared near and clean.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order and watched as the employee took chicken directly off the grill. When she cut it, I could clearly see it was still pink inside with light pink juices—an obvious sign that it was undercooked. I politely asked if there was more well-done chicken available, as I was uncomfortable eating it like that.
She told me there wasn’t, even though I could see several well-cooked pieces nearby. Then, what I believe was the manager (an older man) stepped in and insisted that the chicken was “still cooked” and couldn’t be cooked longer because it would dry out. He was dismissive, and at no point did anyone offer to accommodate my request or ensure the food was fully cooked to a safe standard.
Chicken is not like steak—it must be fully cooked through. It was frustrating and honestly alarming that food safety wasn’t taken seriously. I left without feeling heard or valued as a customer. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

I never write negative reviews but this is ridiculous. My wife picked up burritos. She ordered a burrito with chicken rice lettuce and tomato. See the picture. The worst example of a burrito I've ever seen literally 95% rice 4% chicken and 1% veggies. They should just call it a rice burrito. Plain and inedible.

I have been a Chicken Kitchen customer for 10years across locations all over South Florida. I have never once been charging extra for adding chicken skin they typically discard.
This particular location recently began charging $1 extra to add the chicken skin you watch them remove from the chicken breast they are serving you. To be fair, it is possible other locations or all locations may be charging extra $ now but I likely won’t find out.
This location just lost a customer. You could change the price on the menu for inflation but to do the above is distasteful. I will go to Pollo instead.

recently my past 4 stops here has been disappointing whoever is in charge of seasoning the chicken needs training on how to season food the grilled chicken is bland also the quality of the teriyaki chicken has went down, they are serving teriyaki chicken with fat on it and the sauce is runny and oily not thick and dark as it should be and always was, hopefully there is a change, get rid of the new lazy cook that was hired.
