One of the cleanest, and nicest spots I’ve been to in a while. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful: the food is just simply amazing and fresh. Freshly made white chicken that’s lean and flavorful. The prices are also extremely fair for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommend this place.
Chicken was way overcooked and dry. Very sad about that since it was my first time there. I asked the man behind the counter how it works because it was my first time here. He said well you pay for each topping separately it’s not a buffet….. I found that a bit condescending but the other girl behind the register was very kind. They also didn’t have any dark meat options which was weird only chicken breast. My friend loaded up her large bowl and they didn’t tell her how the prices worked and she ended up paying 28$ for a bowl and a drink. So watch out for that. My small bowl with like 4 veggies no cheese no quac and some sauce on the side was 12/13$ even with the dry chicken the food was still good.

First AND last time going to this location. Like everyone else we were so excited to see a chicken chicken here. Today there was 3 men today around 1:30pm and let me just say I wish I was paying more attention before I ordered. All three of them were standing around being loud. All the tables were dirty. The only area that was cleaned was the soda fountain. I'm sorry when I was ordering the one man couldn't understand me. It's plain English what I was asking for. He wanted to leave my chicken whole instead of chopping it into fine pieces. (When asked for fine small pieces) The left over pieces went into his mouth after I paid and he thought I didn't see him where I was sitting. Umm gross!! No one was there besides my family and I until this other gentleman came in. That's when I kept seeing that none of the men prepping the food or the Togo orders were wearing gloves and just over all being super loud cz the radio was loud so they needed to hear over that. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for a toilet but dirty in the sick. The hallway to the bathrooms were super dirty like it hasn't been swept in days or mopped or cleaned in days but just after a lunch rush.

I live in Davie and noticed this new Chicken Kitchen open a couple of months ago. Finally decided to stop by and get lunch after shopping in the area. I have been going to the Plantation location on Broward Blvd for years, but have recently ceased going due to poor customer customer service. The one in Davie is EXCELLENT. The food is FRESH. The restaurant is CLEAN. The staff is PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. I will definitely be going back weekly!!!

I ARRIVED AT 9:45 & 9:50 AND THE DOOR IS CLOSED SHUT WITH EMPLOYEES IGNORING TO OPEN THE DOOR!!! IM FURIOUS!!! WHY ARE THEY CLOSING BEFORE CLOSING TIME??!!? THESE MF NEED TO GET FIRED. I order from here almost weekly, or every other week. When they first opened, they actually gave double chicken in the larger cup that they placed the chopped chicken in. Now they use the smaller cup and still call that double chicken and charge an extra $3.09 for it.I still order from here, but I don’t come nearly as often now. It used to be more protein for the value. Disappointed.
I went there today to get some food around 9:20 there this short guy looks around the age 48 to 50 and he’s was sweating around the food and flys also around the food around the rice. I was ordering my meal the guy was rude and cause I said your serving a small portion of the chicken which he split in half and cut a small pieces and said this what I’m getting. when I said I’m leaving he said yeah leave that was unprofessional I will never eat or go that restaurant ever

Don't come here unless you want rude employees who argue with you over how many sauces you paid for on your order! I ordered over $40 worth of food lunch and the staff wanted to disrespectfully argue with me over sauce.to-go My to go bag only had 5 sauces when I came to pick up my order. I told the man behind the register I was supposed to get more than that and showed him my online receipt where I should have 9 sauces, 6 which came with my order (I ordered 3 bowls that should each come with 2) and I paid for 3 extra at .69 cents a piece. The employee argued with me over the quantity and eventually started laughing and rolling his eyes when I insisted on him giving me the additional sauces that I paid for. He only wanted to give me 1 additional and I demanded he give me what I paid for and he had the audacity to tell me to say "please". These guys are thieves and don't have an ounce of customer service training. Don't waste your time and money ordering food from this location!

I have been a fan of Chicken Kitchen since 2005 (Weston store), and to be honest I was extremely happy that one was opening near me, the Davie store is awesome. The staff is great, always smiling, management is doing a great job, place is always clean no matter what time of the day I go in, the food is always great, the chicken gets cooked and cut in front of you which is great and all of their sides are tasty. My girls love it!! I highly recommend it. They even do catering which I will take advantage of on my next party. Thank you Jorge, Cindy and Victor for always making my bowls with a smile. I love this place.

What a joke? Jorge the manager is extremely unprofessional. Ordered pick up for 12:15, staff handed my co worker the wrong order. Promissed to deliver the food right away, 2 hours later when nothing ever arrived he then told me there is nothing he can do. Now Jorge is blaming my co worker for grabbing the wrong order? I guess Im not having lunch today. They do not value the customer and extremely rude and unprofessional. Good Luck!
