Chipotle Mexican Grill

when we went there they told us we were not allowed to order chips as they were "reserved" for online orders. when we tried to place an online order, we were told that was also not encouraged that it would be an inconvenience to process our order. very unwelcoming staff. not happy with the service. this place also has never had fajita veggies any time i have been there. i would give 0 stars if i could. go anywhere else.

The service is gradually getting worse here. Younger ppl who seemingly can't be bothered at their job are the ones serving the guests. It doesn't make for a great dining experience.

I placed an online order for pickup for my kids. The point was to be in and out. I even left a good tip! I show up at the time indicated only to have to wait over 36 minutes for my food!!! This is ridiculous! I could've ordered from the line, sat to eat, and finished before my online order was ready. I saw many people come and go that arrived after I did. Worse was, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Chipotle, you have to do better.

Alexis had the worst customer service ever she had attitude with me, and I came with my family to have dinner at the place she served the food super fast and didn’t even let me finish telling her what I wanted to eat and she was cutting my words to tell me what else do I wanted so at the end the customer service was horrible with her

Located on the corner of University Drive and Stirling Road, this Chipotle is a little hit or miss. I usually order through the app for pick and sometimes it's ready on time and other times, I have to wait an additional 10-20 minutes. Orders can be 100% correct and amazing or missing items and average. Our last visit we decided to eat in and it was a bit of a disaster as all the tables (and floor) were dirty in some way. Didn't exactly instill confidence in the cleanliness of the store. I think the staff behind the counter was working hard, but whomever was responsible for cleaning the tables was falling behind. I will likely give them another try but definitely need to get cleanliness in check to ensure a visit after that.

The service manager Stevens was very helpful with the service at this store, I came in for a pick up order and he was very attentive, will come to this location!

My food took 20 mins longer than expected and the rice was undercooked. I don’t even think my rice was even boiled at all, that’s how hard it was. On top of that they refused to give me a refund through the chipotle app (that’s where I placed the order)
