Lazy staff. Out of almost everything, not even busy. They use lowes of each ingredient you ask for, just so they don't have to make more

With the exception of one of the worker who took my food order, he was sweet as pie. The rest of the staff needs a serious attitude adjustment, the girl at the register needs to learn how to speak to people. That includes coworkers and customers. The guy in the back cutting up chicken had to be told to wash his hands and change gloves. Seasoning in the food would have also been nice. Fix it

By far the worst chipotle.. the customer service is so bad and the rice is always hard. You would think it would eventually get better but nope, same attitude with the same bad food.

Love the food all the employees all look pissed of and miserable. No smile no greed nothing but dryness. Even the manager she's not so productive

I don’t normally leave bad reviews on companies like this, but sometimes it’s necessary. You guys need to answer your phone and some of your staff need an attitude check. The staff is either decent or has a bit of an attitude, which I’m fine with because the food is good and at a decent price. One day, I asked the young lady working there to wipe down the counter, she acted annoyed but did it, that could be approved upon but it’s fine. However, the other day, I wanted to come here the other day with a friend and she had some questions because she has dietary restrictions, so we tried calling this place up, we rang the line 3 separate times with no answer. We ended up going to Chick fil a a few doors down, they answer the phone, plus their staff is always polite and well mannered.

Absolutely terrible service!!! NO WHITE RICE, NO BEANS, NO CHICKEN, NO FAJITA VEGGIES AND NO FRESH TOMATO SALSA! and this is going on at 7pm at night smh! Then I see one of the employees finally bringing out the white rice and then I was told we could not eat from that rice because it was ONLY for online orders and also the chicken. Basically they were denying food to paying customers! The manager covering that shift was very dismissive and did not care. 11/17/2025 around 7:00PM that's the time and date! No napkins for the sitting area.

Absolute half star facility. Had nothing prepped at 5pm, employee was 15 minutes late to their shift to support the full staff of 3 ppl. All confused. No one knew what station to be at. Made my food, left on counter to get cold while they made the next customers food. We will never return. I give this location a chance once per bloon moon and time and time again they disappoint. I remember my last visit in fact, where they straight up had no tortillas. This is such a prime location, and Chipotle and its employees are doing South Florida Mr World Wide 305 a true disservice. Shameful my brothers.

Horrible experience. Just awfully slow and had 1 person serving an entire line. Not to mention THE 1 PERSON IS ALSO THE CASHIER. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. VERY UNACCEPTABLE

I have to say this place needs a clean up i walked out because I seen flies hovering over the food and the staff didnt seem to care also I was given rice that was hard still not fully cooked, the were out of many sides. I love Chipotle but this location is horrible

Zero cleaniness. Out of tissues and spoons. Didn’t care to refill even after mentioning to the team. Out of salsa and lettuce, didn’t care about to tell the customers. People smoking and playing cards in the tables outside where customers supposed to sit.

By far the stingiest location. I ordered food to go and there was barely any rice, I asked for extra cheese and got a super light amount. Bowl felt like there wasn’t anything in it either, super light considering I got extra steak

This place needs a good cleaning and a visit by a good inspector. Every time I have been here, the tables are not clean, the kitchen looks like a mess. I asked for a knife and the cashier told me that they cannot give knives out. When I questioned why, another worker had to correct her by telling her that they could not display knives in the dining area. The owner needs to come by and get this place straightened out.
