I love me some chicken sammiches, so when a friend recommended this spot I was ready to go the next day. Does. Not. Disappoint! I wasn't sure what to order and had asked the cashier, Michell was super helpful, kind, attentive and led me straight to the flavors I needed.

First timer it was awesome. Be warned it’s HOT. Had the garlic spicy and it kicks. They have hotter but I dare not. Great service. Very friendly environment.
This is my new favorite fried chicken place in the area. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted really clean. Nice thin breading on the chicken that was very flavorful and the fries are some of the best around. I will be back soon to try more of the menu.

My recent visit to Choong Man chicken at Davie left me thoroughly impressed. Not only was the food delicious and satisfying, but the customer service was truly exceptional.I have to give a special shoutout to our server, Adonis, whose attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our dining experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of from the moment we walked in.
Seriously, what a friendly staff. The workers were so kind, welcoming, and helpful that I thought they were the owners until we asked about the restaurant being halal (it is) & how long it was open, etc. The food was delicious. I'm not a heavy eater, but I ate my entire plate because it was just. so. freaking. delicious. We got the half chicken garlic spicy & the garlic soy tikkudak. The employee also had us try the mu radish- i loved it. They resembled pickled turnips but had a sweeter profile. Great to pair with the spicy chicken. Didn't even make it to the picture because we dug right in. I definitely recommend this spot.Dietary restrictions: Halal, Pescatarian

If you listen closely, you can hear Popeyes sweating.I ordered their curry tikkudak wings online, and wow. They already double fry the wings, but this is my first time having them finished in a charcoal oven. This gives the wings an incredible charred and smoky taste. 10/10.11/10 with rice. This place is a gem, especially in Davie where exciting new flavors are rare. High-quality food, great service, and a chill vibe. If you're in Davie and craving chicken wings, you've got to try it. Even if you're not sure if you’re into Korean flavors, their fried chicken is something else. The wings are huge, super fresh, and juicy. Highly recommend.
