A Beautiful Place for a Beautiful Celebration 💜 September 4th, about 60 family members and friends gathered at CJ Black’s on the patio for a Celebration of Life in honor of a very special lady. From the moment I first called to make a reservation, to the moment we left, every person we encountered was kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. I want to share why I chose this restaurant. Back in May, we were here for another Celebration of Life for a dear friend. I was so impressed by how smoothly everything went—serving a large group of around 50 with grace, efficiency, and warmth. Our waitress that evening, Ana, stood out immediately. She made us feel special, remembered every drink order, and moved with such care and professionalism. I knew I needed Ana there for my Celebration Party And once again, Ana did not disappoint. Along with Kevin, the two of them made the evening truly seamless. Their attention to detail, kindness, and calm presence meant so much to all of us. They weren’t just serving us—they were part of the celebration. Great music to start ! It’s my new go to spot when I’m in town for work . Becca is a great bartender that pays attention to her quests . I haven’t had a bad meal or cocktail yet . It’s a huge menu with many options from pizza to sushi . Mind blowing but they’ve seem to do it well . I do wish there were a few more plant based healthy menu options . It’s hard to beat the whiskey selections . The decor also fits the place nicely .

The whiskey should have price as every other whisky bar has pricing which makes it much more of a relaxing experience !

Brisket and BBQ ribs to go. Excellent food. To go package....... lol no ketchup with 2 orders of fries, no BBQ sauce, no butter for baked potatoe. Really. 60 bucks, am i asking too much?

Everything is usually great there. We go often. Last visit service was terrible. Had to keep asking for silverware, never got one of our drinks. Food was great but when we got home my husband was really sick. Definitely food poisoning. Went back the next day to give a heads up. Hostess took message to pass to manager. Manager never called to say thanks or how he’s feeling or hey, let me buy you a drink on the house next time. Terrible customer service

Very good service and good atmosphere, our server was very nice and we received our food very quickly. The food was good, and we got the 1.5lb pretzels which were huge! They were good especially with the beer cheese! I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was huge! A little too big for me but the fries were good and so was the taste. Good restaurant and good experience!

We go to this restaurant because it's in the perfect location.

Kid-friendliness: This is a restaurant bar, although children are welcome, I wouldn't recommend it at night when folks are drinking alcohol

Recommended dishes: French Onion Soup

The food is mediocre. The sushi was good but definitely overpriced. The artichoke appetizer was the worst I've ever had. Overcooked and the taste was disgusting. The burgers ordered were decent. The mac n cheese was the star of the show. Service was good with our large party, except for the waitress snatching the empty glass out of my hand while I was discussing beer head retention with my friends. Unfortunately, there isn't much to boost about so it's not worth a revisit.
