I am very upset, I have been a customer of Coco Boba for a long time and this is the first time I have seen this guy here, he is rude, he treated me very badly because of his mistake, I went to buy 6 drinks, in one of them I added coconut jelly and he forgot to put it in, when I politely told him that I had not put it in my drink and the sticker clearly said that it had coconut jelly but he forgot to put it in and he got angry at me that he had put it in and I told him you can try the drink and you will realize that it does not have it and he said ok I will put it in you, he grabbed the cup , he opened the sealed cap them it was giving it to me opened , I told him please seal it for me and he said he couldn't because the cup was already wet, so I told him to change the plastic cup for a new one and seal it please that I was going to drive and he told me very rudely that he would not do it, that it was his boss's policy not to take the plastic cups, of they would think someone is stealing, nonsense, they were counted, I told him can I speak to your boss to ask him for it myself and ask him to help me and he told me that he would not do it, that I should take that opened cup and that was it, I had to leave with A lot of anger and very bad service. I will not return to this place to avoid running into this guy. I do not recommend going and having this person serve you since you will receive very bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. We came in, ordered, and paid for our boba, but one of the toppings was missing. We politely pointed it out to the barista, but instead of simply fixing the issue, he refused to add the missing topping. When we asked to speak with someone in charge, he got defensive, saying he couldn’t give us anyone’s contact information and claimed he didn’t know the owner.
After we expressed our frustration, he finally agreed to add the topping—which we had already paid for—but refused to replace the lid. This left us with an open drink, and when we asked for a new lid, he said it would be a “waste of material” and made us leave the store like that. Completely unacceptable.

If you're looking for high-quality boba, this is the place. I love their selection, and it's become my go-to spot. I always order the Taro Latte, it's made with fresh taro (not the powdered kind), and you can really taste the difference.
my second time coming here but the servers are always so kind :) the drinks are really good and i hope to try something new everytime i come. thank you server leo for your kindness!!! :) would bring my loved ones here anyday.
