I asked to cancel my order and instead of canceling they pressed complete and still charged me. They told me to call the next day so the manager could do the refund and I’ve called three days in a row and the manager is either not there or busy. The store in general was a mess and couldn’t keep up with orders. The app allows you to order the cookie just for you to come pick it up and THEN they tell you the cookie you want is sold out. Seriously get Yourselves organized.
Worst experience at a Crumbl cookie store. Stay away from here. They don't update their inventory and then don't care to make it right after you drive out there. I had placed an order for my employees to try and they did not have a cookie in the mini like the online order said they did and now I had to sit and split a cookie for my employees because they would not make it right and give me to regular as it was their error. The manager is rude and the general manager seems to take her side instead of making it right for the customer. Order at another store this one is terrible.
