Came to the store after lunch as we saw a sign on the road. The hours on the storefront says open at 1pm it is now ten to 2pm. The store was locked with all of the lights turned off. There was nobody in the store. What gives?

I was driving for Uber Eats yesterday when I got a pickup request from this location, I walked in and there was one employee helping multiple customers. I was very impressed that the employee noticed me, and juggled preparing the pickup order without delaying the customers. Top notch service

The staff at this location is top tier. The high schooler with the curly hair who calls people “boss” and the other kid with glasses who works night shift with him are very warm and friendly. It’s a breath of fresh air that good customer service exists in south Florida and I love seeing teenagers actually work. 🙏 Also the Superman blizzard is INCREDIBLE.

Service was great. Very sweet young woman who seemed very happy. The problem was the hot dog that I had. I understand it's DQ. So don't expect much. I at least hope the meat is chewable. Thos hot dog was not. I was more like chewing on a power cable that are over the top of the building. It was more like Hot Dog Jerky.

Yo, Hubby Vibes: Chillin’ at Dairy Queen in Davie After a Miami Hustle
What’s good, fam? On May 17, 2025, after a long day in Miami selling our home, me and my queen decided to hit pause and swing by the Dairy Queen at 6550 N State Rd 7, Davie, FL, before cruisin’ back to Lehigh Acres. Man, this spot was a straight-up vibe—rockin’ that old-school milkshake joint feel, like we stepped into a retro date night flick. It was the perfect pitstop to cool off and keep our spirits high after a big day.
We rolled up and snagged a chocolate milkshake to share, and I went for my go-to: a Coke float. That milkshake? Smooth, rich, and hittin’ all the chocolatey notes, makin’ my wife smile like it was our first date. My Coke float, though, was where things got real. They couldn’t whip up a large one—bummer—but the owner was chill and hooked me up with a medium. It was solid, creamy, and fizzy, just right for one dude to savor. I was cravin’ a bit more Coke to balance the ice cream, and they didn’t have extra on deck, but no stress—I had a can of Coke in my ride, so I topped it off myself. Worked like a charm, no cap.
The DQ’s classic hangout vibe was dope—bright lights, that nostalgic red-and-white look, and a crew that kept it friendly and quick. The owner’s hustle was on point, makin’ sure we were good despite the float size mix-up. Sippin’ our treats in the car, me and my wife just vibed, talkin’ ‘bout our Miami grind and the 90-mile trek back to Lehigh Acres. This spot’s prime location off State Road 7 made it an easy stop, just what we needed to recharge.
Big props to Dairy Queen Davie for slingin’ that old-fashioned goodness and keepin’ it real. Your milkshakes and floats made our day sweeter—literally! We’ll be back next time we’re in town. Keep servin’ those icy classics, y’all!

When we entered the store, there were customers that had been served but no one was behind the counter. We waited for a few minutes for the worker to come back. Unfortunately, they unattended the counter long enough for us to notice how disgusting this location is. The register, shelves, floor, machines, and even the napkin dispenser were all dirty, grimy, and covered with crumbs & sprinkles. It's obvious that the store has not been cleaned for quite some time. Beware.

Absolutely, horrible service! Went in and asked for a simple fudge, brownie and Oreo blizzard and the lady behind the counter refused to make me because “ they don’t make those anymore“.

Imagine losing a customer simply because he didn’t wanna make me ice cream

If I could leave no stars I would, store was supposed to be open 10 minutes ago, I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes assuming they would open on time, no sign of anyone coming. Random kid outside staring at me who looks like he works there and has no intention of opening, will never come back here.

Amazing ice cream, the staff were very kind and welcoming and the decorations were very nice.
