My experience at this Dairy Queen location was disappointing. When I asked a simple question about item availability, the employee responded rudely, saying, ‘Just read what it says and it’s obvious,’ even though the main menu indicated the item was available. This kind of dismissive attitude is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression.
The store itself was also underwhelming. It was small, untidy, and lacked proper seating, making it uncomfortable for customers to enjoy their treats. A bit more attention to cleanliness and organization would make a big difference.
Overall, the poor customer service and unkempt environment make it hard to recommend this location. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers!!

Went to dairy queen at 9:57 and the doors were already locked, it says on the website and on their door they are open until 10:30. Drove 30 minutes, very disappointed.

Drove 25 minutes out of my way to get a Julius. And employee tells me they have no orange juice to make any Julius. Awful service, how can to run a business and be out of orange juice the every drink needs. No wonder nobody was at location
