This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced I placed an order on the mobile app arrived to pick my food up an they are out of the everything bagel I said that’s fine I’ll get a plane one they are out of that one to OK. I’ll just take a refund for that.! Oh sorry I can’t! try threw the app or I can give you the managers number to call. place shouldn’t even be open for business. Didn’t get my money refunded back to me when I didn’t get the food I ordered.

Dear franchisees went here evening time to pickup donuts lady just sitting at register and wouldn’t serve said close but there was over 30 mins and just came to get a coffee I’m sure you don’t want to pay your employees to just sit around on the clock and be on their phone not to work with the lights off.

Very bright, organized and clean DD. However, the service is terrible!!! I ordered ahead with app and when I arrived 10 minutes later my order wasn’t complete. Only coffee was waiting…then a few minutes later the hashbrowns. I gave them a few more minutes thinking the attendant was going to bring donut and it didn’t happen. I had to call an older lady over to ask her about my donut. She went to go get it, and while doing so called back out to me to ask which donut after I had already told her. Incredible. The worst part is that there were three other people waiting and one gentlemen very kindly had sent his iced coffee back three times because the other lady couldn’t prepare correctly. I’ve been to this DD various times and service wasn’t great but tolerable.This time I had to write a negative review because I couldn’t believe how bad the service was. I returned the next day just to see if they were just having a bad day, but no, service was terrible again.Management please take a look at this as DD customers expect speedy, good service when using the order ahead app, and you’re currently not cutting it.Please contact me for further explanation.

The servers in this place are rude and not helpful. I needed help getting iced almond coffee, something I ordered there before and the lady didn’t even try helping me. She was on her phone shopping, while she’s getting orders from customers. She just said no to every single menu item I asked. Why do you even have a business if you don’t want to sell food? First of all their donuts taste bad, shipleys is soooo much better and the only reason I stopped over is because it was convenient. Never going back to this place again. There’s a Starbucks across the road.

Everyone here is wonderful, the atmosphere is perfect, and the employees are so friendly and easy to talk to especially Katherine. The food and drinks were made in an orderly and professional matter. Even with many orders everything was timed well and done right! My favorite Dunkin' Donuts to date! From the well mannered employees to the auspicious food, everything was perfect!

This is the worst dunkin donuts when you order from the their app. This problem sucks since they have a walk up window for pick ups. On multiple occasions when I order off the app, and get a message that its not connected and try back later. They should get off there asses and turn on the computer. On another occasion I order from the app and the store closed early and the computer was left on and still accepting in the go orders.
