Disalvo's Pizza & Italian Restaurant Davie

Ordered on May 1, Large pizza Mushrooms, Pepperoni, Onion and banana peppers, and one order of wings. The owner/chef showed at my door with the best pizza and wings ever. The owner was so very pleasant , kind and took pride with this order. I was very impressed with the food and I will definitely order again. Did not disappoint. Rave reviews from this order. Yay Disalvo's great job.

This restaurant has been apart of my childhood since I was 12. My family and I have been dining at Disalvo’s for over 33 years! The food is delicious, the prices are right, portions are amazing, the restaurant has been remodeled, and the original owner is back! Check it out!!

It's a great place to go. You can always count on the consistency with their food, service and atmosphere. Very friendly vibe, delicious food. Their sauce is very, very good. Tasty. Hands down the BEST pizza ever! We go there a lot, so we've tried a lot of menu items. Great lasagna. Gnocchi with meat sauce. Love their mozzarella sticks, eggplant. Est garlic rolls in town! The service is wonderful. The staff is so friendly. You feel part of the family. I forgot to take pictures of our entrees, but I took a picture of the chocolate cheesecake. Yum! You won't be disappointed. Again, try their pizza. The Special is the bomb diggity. Their dough is great texture, taste, crunchy, and charred in all the right places, generous toppings. Made with love. You can tell. Enjoy!

The best pizza around! Tour of Italy is amazing! Garlic bread is delicious! And the service can’t be beat! The kindest people! This is my new favorite place!

I would like to start off by saying Chris is absolutely fantastic! He was attentive to all of our needs and was great despite how hot it was inside of the restaurant.

I would give it a 5/5 on service but it was the hostess that I didn’t enjoy, as they’re the first thing you see when you walk in they both seemed miserable & unhappy to be there. didn’t even really greet us and said we can sit wherever just truly unpleasant with that being said, I hope the servers aren’t tipping them out.

As for the food it was delicious ! We got a large pizza and rolls, and the pizza was thin and beautifully cooked, truly delicious. The rolls were delicious as well. The restaurant was hot , they had fans throughout the restaurant which is ridiculous. You would expect better AC considering how hot it must be in the kitchen.

One thing I didn’t really enjoy was how hot it was when I went. The steam coming from the kitchen is what it was, but I initially thought it was the AC. But the food I had there was excellent. I started out with a minestrone soup, It had beans, green beans, carrots, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, and a bit of cauliflower, and it was wonderful. Then for an appetizer my parents ordered a Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza, And I can say one thing: Cheese pull for the win! It was an excellent pizza, it nailed all of the proportions, and not one thing was overpowering. For my main I had a Tortellini DiSalvo, it was tortellini made from scratch plus red sauce and cream, with peas, and prosciutto, and it was amazing. And for dessert I had two things; a tiramisu and a cannoli, and they were both amazing. Overall: Food was amazing, but the atmosphere was pretty heat heavy, I live in south Florida, I need to stay air conditioned! I want to love this place, but that is what might keep me from going back. I would still love to give it a second chance. Final rating: 8/10

Always cancels my Uber eats order I guess two slices of pizza isn’t good enough for them have to be a big spender to get service mind you it’s never been anywhere near closing to where maybe they wouldn’t have slices the couple of times I did get my order they have litterly ALWAYS ignored the notes and I never get the side of garlic powder red pepper or oregano I CONSTANTLY ask for I don’t know why the service is so horrible Disalvos used to be my goto ?‍♂️
