I have been coming to buy the soup for 3 days. The first day they served me less than the portion worth 13 dollars. The second day I called to order the soup again because despite everything I liked the soup!!!! When it arrived it was not ready since I did not pay over the phone… I paid in cash!!!! On the 3rd day I order the soup again, I arrive at the restaurant again and it is not ready, they say that the policy is to pay over the phone but I explain to the girl that I will pay in cash!!!! It seems to me a lack of respect and time, very bad service and abuse, no restaurant is run like that!!! The lasagna is horrible, the meat is cheap and full of leather... I will never return to this very very bad restaurant.

I usually don't leave reviews for takeout orders but I was driving by Don Pan, for the first time at this location, and decided to take a break from rush hour traffic and a very stressful day to get a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The staff was helpful and really nice. It's becoming almost rare to walk into a place and get greeted by huge smiles and great service. If you want to have a nice quick meal, I highly recommend this place. I'll be taking my family and friends, next time. Ask for Daniela, she was profesional and happy to help with a smile. It honestly made my day a much better one. Bravo to the owner who hired the staff!

The food was cold due to the delay, first time visiting this place and the service was horrible, the manager started arguing with his own colleagues in front of you as a customer. Terrible change of manager that rather stresses the cashiers and cooks and has one as a customer, let alone. ??♀️ Ice cold and tasteless food.
