Unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin’ was very disappointing. I ordered coffee, and shortly after drinking it, I started feeling sick. The taste was off, and it didn’t seem fresh. I’ve never had this issue at other locations. Definitely hope management looks into the quality and cleanliness because this was not a good experience.

I’m so done with this place. I used to come here on a nearly daily basis but in my recent visits their service has taken a plunge. I would rarely get whipped cream with the latte ordered despite it being included, and twice they gave me a hot chocolate instead of said latte. I ordered a bagel sandwich and I don't even know what I was served. Why would anyone think that’s okay to give to a customer? I decided to give them another chance and now there’s no bacon in my sandwich. I give up.

Three out of three times, my husband has received the wrong donut. He asks for chocolate glazed and, each time, he gets something else. This never happened with the prior manager and her staff. I wish they’d come back. All this trouble is making my New Year’s resolution easier: spend less money here.

The customer service provided by Ms Taylor was amazing . Very attentive to my needs and also very friendly and knowledgeable of their items on the meñu . Definitely be visiting again because of her .

I went in to get a plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a side of hash browns, I waited about ten minutes until I got my food and you guys had four people working, and when I got my food my hash browns were all cold and I’m very mad.

After placing an order the night before I showed up with the order was not ready 10 minutes after did pick up time was then told by the store manager that they did not have the items that I ordered and when I said that that is not going to work I needed that specific item then somehow those donuts magically appeared And I still had to wait another 10 minutes. I’m so glad there are other Dunkin stores in the area because I will never come back here unless I’m forced.
