I was not a fan of this location for a few years as a Broward college student. However I recently gave it another try since I was starving at school. Amber has been my cashier both times I’ve visited and she is amazing. She suggested me giving dunkin refeshers another try and I fell in love with them following her suggestions. She has been great and provides amazing customer service!

This place is terrible. If you’re not waiting over 30 minutes for your food then they’re stealing your money with online orders because they’re actually closed but don’t say so on the app. This ruined my day when I really wanted a coffee

the foods pretty good whenever i order it! that’s the only real good comment i can give. But, everyone that works there is so rude every single time. They don’t give a damn about anyone that’s waiting for there order. they’re so impatient with everyone else. and even with me i always smile and say thank you, but the workers don’t care. one girl straight up was just like “yes im listening you can keep going 🙄” when i was just simply waiting for her to type it in. my friend never orders a latte from them because they gave her regular milk twice even though she told them she’s lactose intolerant, and even when she asked them to re do it… one time i got an iced latte and it was so watery idk what happened.. its espresso, theirs barely any water in espresso. the one time i had a good drink was with a strawberry refresher made with green tea. but i mean it’s literally just strawberry dragon fruit concentrate filled up with ice and green tea so hard to mess up i guess!

25 minutes for a plain bagel and a drink, and my order was skipped while other people were getting their food and drink before mine even thought they ordered after i did. Like over 10 orders ahead!

Terrible! Their system is supposedly always down. And when the system is up and working the coffee tastes horrible. Tastes like miserable employees and mediocre effort. No matter how you ask them to make your coffee it’ll always taste subpar. I am confident that they’ll mess up a cup of black coffee.

They are very rude. The coffee is watery and they close before 7pm. Don 't waste your money.

My experience at the dunkin donuts at broward college was awful! I literally ordered a coffee with extra milk. What I got was an expresso with barely any milk because the coffee was so strong! I opened up the cup and it was BLACK. I asked the server to please give me extra milk and she told me I had to pay again. She was very rude about it and honestly she shouldn't be working in a place where you need to speak to customers.I didn't catch her name but she's the shortest server.I literally paid for my drink already to have extra milk and then she tried to make me pay again! Absolutely not. Don't come here if you're expecting your food to be made right ESPECIALLY if she's working. I mean, I paid for my coffee. It's not like I was trying to get something for free, she didn't make it right. I had to leave my coffee because I can't drink coffee that strong.
