My experience at the dunkin donuts at broward college was awful! I literally ordered a coffee with extra milk. What I got was an expresso with barely any milk because the coffee was so strong! I opened up the cup and it was BLACK. I asked the server to please give me extra milk and she told me I had to pay again. She was very rude about it and honestly she shouldn't be working in a place where you need to speak to customers.I didn't catch her name but she's the shortest server.I literally paid for my drink already to have extra milk and then she tried to make me pay again! Absolutely not. Don't come here if you're expecting your food to be made right ESPECIALLY if she's working. I mean, I paid for my coffee. It's not like I was trying to get something for free, she didn't make it right. I had to leave my coffee because I can't drink coffee that strong.

They work their buns off trying to make the crowd of students happy. It's not an easy task as students probably only have minutes between classes to grab the food. Thanks to all y'all for coming to work and helping make our mornings better!

MoD could not process a refund told me to come back later refused to give me her name 30 minutes for 1 coffee
The crew that worked the evening of 5/27/2022 need to be addressed... you had 3 cars that went through the drive thru and ended up having to physically walk in because the coffee wasn't done correctly, and then to sit there and ask the customers if they were "sure" their order wasn't correct obviously if we've all come back then it's not correct....Maybe instead of throwing donuts at each other and acting like a bunch of obnoxious children they could do what they're hired to do which is their job! For me to actually write a review then it's warranted.. so to the young ladies with the blonde and brunette hair that rolled their eyes at all of us that came back to complain you need a lesson is customer service... I won't be going back to this location anymore I will go to the one off Pine Island now.

I went here during my orientation and I was pleased by the friendly banger between the employees. They are so fun! They sound like they're smiling when they're talking - great environment. ☺️

Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. The people who work there are miserable and devoid of any listening or attention skills. Donuts are never heated up even when you request them to be heated. They don't pay attention to anything they do or anything you tell them. The other day I was supposed to get $9 back in change and the cashier gave me 28 cents. What shocked me was that he didn't even notice until I told him. Today I asked for an iced latte with no sugar (and I said it twice just to make sure the cashier heard it well), and what do I get? A latte with 3g of sugar. Makes you really wonder if the workers throw out their brains before they clock in to work. I don't even know what my college was thinking by letting them open a franchise in the library.
