I gave this location two chances because I live near it. They do not acknowledge walk-in customers, only drive through. On both occasions, I was ignored. No one said they'd be with me shortly, or hello. Nothing. A customer was cleaning their countertops. I like to see what varieties of donuts they have before I buy them. On both occasions, I left without getting service. I worked in the food service industry for 20 years. I would have been fired if I ignored customers the way they do. Also, I'm professionally dressed when I go out, so it isn't my appearance. I called, and they have no manager, only a snotty guy who interrupts you.
