I travel and have been to many many locations and THIS place as the nicest staff and most efficient. This place is PACKED and the whole staff is as friendly and in the flow as can be. I really appreciate the kind energy and especially the manager was super nice!!!

I gave this location two chances because I live near it. They do not acknowledge walk-in customers, only drive through. On both occasions, I was ignored. No one said they'd be with me shortly, or hello. Nothing. A customer was cleaning their countertops. I like to see what varieties of donuts they have before I buy them. On both occasions, I left without getting service. I worked in the food service industry for 20 years. I would have been fired if I ignored customers the way they do. Also, I'm professionally dressed when I go out, so it isn't my appearance. I called, and they have no manager, only a snotty guy who interrupts you.

Hot coffee was dropped in the transitions. Of course the shock made me hit the gas, then I had to stop begore I crashed all while experienceing burning. What a scary experience. I frequent this place very often, without incident. Manager provides me the owners number a couple of days later. They say first I heard of it. All I ask was to clean the car carpet in my mini. Heck its a week later and I am still nursing these burns. They ask for pics and never responded again. It don't pay to be the bigger person. I spend more than that each time I drive through. SHAME ON YOU. Your customers should matter. Carpet in a mini, when I have burns down my thighs.
It feels like every other time i order from this location my coffee is wrong. Whether its forgetting the syrup, wrong flavor, or wrong drink entirely, it always feels like a gamble to actually get what i ordered.

I drive from Jacksonville to Davie on a regular basis. This Dunkin Donuts is hands down one of my favorite because of the care they put in when decorating their donuts. Anytime I've done a function in which I had to order food, this particular D&D is always my "go to" for thier quality and presentation. Special thanks to "Kelly" who does a great job at decorating the donuts. My kids love them?
