Some of the people who work there are really really nice and it’s really not so much an issue with the personalities. It’s just they’re so brutally slow. We’ll sit there for 15-20 minutes For an order in the drive-through and it’s just Question my reason for going to Dunkin. Also on the mobile orders, they don’t tell you if they’re out of stock on something so they just end up not giving it to you or telling you that you they didn’t have it so you end up paying for stuff you were never given…
I don’t expect this system to reflect what they have in stock but at minimum I feel like if you saw the order and saw that it didn’t have something that you would ask the person if they wanted a replacement
I was there yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking to Chauncey!! Sweetest guy ever. Made my frustrating morning so much better!!!!
I’m not sure who the African American woman was working the register on April 23 at 12:50 PM, but she clearly had a serious ego issue — something that’s honestly strange and unnecessary to experience as a customer, especially at a Dunkin’ Donuts.
I had just received the smallest sourdough sandwich I’ve ever gotten from any Dunkin’ (it looked like someone just chopped off the corners of the bread and called it a day). I politely showed it to her to ask if I could get a proper one. I had also been given a hot coffee instead of the iced one I ordered — so I brought that to her attention too.
Whatever mood she was in, instead of just helping, she told me, “Don’t talk to me that way. If you want me to fix something, you can ask me and I’ll fix it for you.” — which is exactly what I had done. When I told her, “No, I didn’t talk to you any type of way,” she called me rude. At that point, I just walked away with the wrong order because I don’t have the time or interest in arguing with someone acting like that behind a counter.
As I was walking out, she started loudly talking about me to her coworkers, which not only felt unprofessional but also made the environment uncomfortable for everyone else in line — though she seemed totally unaware of the effect she was having, which honestly says a lot.
At the end of the day, I’d rather save my energy for my career and patients than waste it on someone with zero self-awareness and no filter. Steer clear of this Dunkin’ if you can. I’ve never seen a grown adult act like this in a professional setting — really disappointing and genuinely uncomfortable to deal with.
Great coffee, love to use the app to order in advance. Service is not the best
Worst Dunkin store store # 345295 place my order ask to toaster my croissant and creamer and sugar to side the croissant didn’t get toasted and no creamer when I ask the sever that bring the food he said oh they are very busy WHAT busy I ask for my croissant to be toasted and you said that they are busy, if you read the the reviews about Dunkin’s it not good at all “ let me stay Starbucks ❤️”
Young guy at the windows was very disrespectful. He had black curly hair
The slowest Dunkin Donuts drive through ever. Takes over 30 minutes to get to the window. Needs a manager who can actually run the place. Don’t waste your time coming here.
I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts every week, and every time I order through the drive-thru, I’m asked to pull up and wait in front of the store. They don’t provide a ticket number or mark vehicles, which makes the process disorganized.
In the mornings, the drive-thru gets so crowded that they create a separate pickup line in front of the shop to keep the main line moving. However, this system often leads to mix-ups—I don’t always receive my correct order.
I believe this is something that could be improved. For example, today there was no crowd at all, yet I was still asked to wait in front instead of receiving my order directly. A more efficient system would make the experience much smoother for customers.
I always go inside and order off the walk-up screen.. it goes much smoother than going to register because the people that work there act like their hanging out playing with other employees instead of doing their job.. it's aggravating because I go there regularly..
I love this place. The staff is so quick and friendly. And they sometimes give me extra samples (late in the evening). I truly appreciate picking up my coffee from here late in the evening when I have to go study at the NSU library.

I was assigned to pick up a DoorDash delivery from this store. I asked several employees for the order that I was supposed to pick up, but no one ever gave me the order.
I noticed that they were talking orders to the drive up window, so I finally got back into my car and got into the drive up line.
They told me that I was supposed to go inside to pick up the order. I told them that I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes inside without receiving the order.
After refusing to leave the drive through window without the order, I finally received the order. Hi
The service here in the mornings are excellent. The coffee is always good. Donuts are great but the experience this morning was quite disappointing my coffee as you can see had a nice surprise in the bottom. I tried calling no response.
Melissa is always so sweet when I come in the store is usually really busy and she still makes time to provide excellent customer service and always says hi with a smile. I always come here just for her.
This has to be the coolest Dunkin ever; they literally have an oasis in the back!
Always good coffee
