Disgusting and Horrible place with horrible owner of it. I asked for a cup of hot water as due to my health issues I can’t drink any coffee or tea, and they refused stating owner made a new policy that does not allow that. Well, owner can use this policy on his own now as we are not coming to this place again , we’ve been coming there for years and held all those issues with stuff and trash , but this was the last chance that we can’t stand no more!!!! Good luck to you,owner, I hope you go out of business soon by saving cups!!!!! I’ll tell to all my neighbors about this too!!! Bye!

Very disrespectful place. I came to buy a pie in this place at 0800pm. I was trying to seat and eat it , and the guy told me I have to go outside to eat it cause he is alone there. I was like , why didn’t you tell me that before you let me pay for it , he said I am sorry I need to clean . I just gladly let the pie inside , take the exit door without saying a word. I don’t know how these people take their time to hire someone rude like this to work with public . I will never come back to a place like this

This is the egg wrap I picked up this morning at 7am.. Just egg and cheese. The tortilla was rubber and the rest speaks for itself. I can’t even say it was busy and there were five people standing around talking.

If you’re on your way to work and in a rush, avoid this Dunkin’ on Flamingo in Davie/Cooper City. The service is incredibly slow and disorganized—it feels like no one is in a hurry or paying attention. Unfortunately, the store is also not well-maintained and noticeably dirty.
This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ locations, but it’s gone downhill. I’d rather drive a bit further to the one on Griffin. It’s not perfect either, but compared to this location, it’s a major upgrade.
