I usually go in with my daughter after picking her up from school, she is a 2 years old and for the last month there is a guy that seems to not like working in here, he attends me with a very bad attitude and is so unfriendly with kids. That’s really bad because last time he asked my daughter almost yelling at her to not grab some toys that were at the shelve, when she was almost touching them, he scared her really bad. my daughter now just don’t wanna go in anymore 👎🏻

Went into this establishment, young light skin black female was the cashier. She was very unfriendly, didn't acknowledge my presence and walked away to rear of store after taking my order without asking if I needed anything else. I hope this place of business doesn’t treat everybody in uniform like this because it was very discourteous how your treated patrons that spend their hard earned money at your business.

It is unbelievable that there are only a few employees that speak English at this Dunkin! Even the managers only speak Spanish. If it wasn’t for Madison, I would never come to this Dunkin! You guys are lucky to have her. She’s the kind of employee you want & desperately need!You need at least 2 Madison’s for every shift!

I always come here and it’s usually not bad but today there was a lady in the front that had a pink shirt, she was taking my order and she couldn’t understand me and she made my order completely wrong. Even with another lady with a red shirt at the register trying to help her she still didn’t understand. I always come here and it’s always nice but lately it’s gotten bad.

I come to this Dunkin often Most of the Time they get my Order right!, and good service with some of the new younger staff they seem very friendly and fast. the bathrooms could be more clean I can suggest, what I don't like are the chemicals and additives that are in the flavors, soybean oil just and color in the Syrups C'mon it's gross and very Unhealthy you guy's need to change this and be more Healthy in the way you make your coffee and food!, you should keep that in mind and do better! thank you!

Dear Owners,I know you own most of the Davie Florida locations. In my humble opinion you have taken some of the best DD in the area and ruined them. Taft/University I will only use the drive through, Davie by the college - never to return since you made the changes to the drive through making it impossible to get in and out of the parking lot . My personal favorite location, Flamingo/Orange you have destroyed. You had the most amazing people working there and now sorry to say no. My simple order was wrong 3 times, the people in front of me twice….I consider myself a pretty good customer, I spend about $40 a week, 6-7 days a week mostly in your stores. Time to rethink my options. Your Flamingo location is dead as I sit here and write this. What does this tell you? Before your restructure of this location it would be much more busy.Here is a funny side note, I am writing this on your free WIFI.

i’ve been coming to this dunkin for the past 2 years every morning before work & i’ve had great service up until now. the new “store manager” Joanna doesn’t know what’s she’s doing & is extremely rude. today i waited 25 minutes for hash browns & a wake up wrap. it’s ridiculous. Joanna the manager was the one preparing the food with another employee & she had an attitude and was super unprofessional. every time i go into that dunkin since she started working there it has been a disaster. they need better management. the only two employees that know what they are doing there are susie and jada.

I have been stopping at this Dunkin location at once a week or two for the last eight years. It’s on my way to work. I live ten minutes from here and so I use the app so I can grab and go. The app always warns me that I should order when I get closer, but I do it that way so I can give them time to finish my order. It’s usually just a medium latte with either a sandwich or a bagel with cream cheese. Nothing more. The service has been getting worse and worse over the last few months. Taking much longer than usual. Yesterday was the final straw. I ordered at 9:01, according to the time stamp on the app, and arrived at 9:15. Nothing was ready. The coffee was done a minute or so after I arrived, but the bagel with cream cheese wasn’t. I asked and they said it was coming up. I waited until 9:20 and I just couldn’t wait any longer. Almost 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel with cream cheese? The poor woman preparing the food was so overwhelmed and the other people were just standing around not helping her. At one point I heard her say, I need more cheese. The other woman just told her, it’s over there in the fridge. She wasn’t doing anything! She could have helped her. They need to work on teamwork. Poor service.

I've been there before, normally ok. But I went during Hailey's shift and everyone was in a mood, everything was bagged when they could have used boxes and make it look presentable, but my biggest thing is that only the cashier was nice everyone else was mad, my coffee tasted like burned completely, I couldn't drink it. And I ask for my order with no sugar,when I asked the girl because the cup didn't have a sticker she didn't answer.

I stopped here every once in a while, but today was the worst. It was disgustingly dirty as soon as I walked in the door. They were bags and napkins on the coffee table, the other tables were full of garbage, the garbage can was full and overflowing, and there was Wrappers and papers on the floor. They weren’t busy at all, there was one woman sitting at a table with her kid doing some writing and that was it. They had two employees one girl who was brand new had no idea what she was doing. But that’s no excuse because she could’ve easily Picked up all the garbage and swept the floor. Where is the owner?? There needs to be some soup revision here cause obviously these kids could care less about the place. With the garbage overflowing in the basket I’m sure the health department would not like that at all. I was going to order something to eat and decided against it because I have no idea how clean the back bar was. Absolutely no customer service at all. Disgusting.
