I have the same coffee order every day and hate when my drink is too creamy. Does this look like a coffee with only 1 cream!? I asked the lady to remake it and she was so angry. i’m not paying for something that is completely wrong from what i ordered and I’m certainly not paying for horrible customer service.

I've been going to this Dunkin about 6 times this year and I order the same thing every time. Everything bagel and hot coffee. The bagel never has enough cream cheese, and if you ask for more they charge you. The customer service is horrible, extremely rude. I am the customer that always tries to make your day better and this staff needs an entire revamp. Unless im with my husband who is Hispanic, they are not hospitable, no smirk, no you're welcome and when you ask for anything you get rolling eyes.

Drive through says it’s open from 4am till 8pm I pulled up at 4:36am no one answered. 2 employees were inside and ignored my consistent blowing off my horn. Poor service. I drove off and went to Starbucks 🤷🏽♂️

Asked for Splenda and received sugar. Pointed it out to the cashier and she raised her voice at us. She became very combative. I will not be returning.

I have been coming here for 4 years, recently staff changed and they are all terrible. No one speaks English and if I try to speak Spanish or use a translator it’s like they are doing me a favor. Made 3 drinks wrong for me in the last week. If I say anything they argue and if they “remake” it- they bring it out acting like it’s different when they poured it from one cup to the next or peeled the sticker off. Why not just tell me you don’t know how make it? I am generally just asking for light ice or swapping the milk out but they don’t even have enough training to do that. Instead they just waste your time and money. I called 3 times. They will speak to me for about 3 seconds and act like they can’t hear me and hang up. I am so done with this location. Take a look at my drink and tell me if it looks like it has whole milk. They take your money and have no regard when they are caught for their bs.

I’ve always loved Dunkin’ since 20 years ago when i lived in New England. I would still get Coffee from dd every now and then here in Fl and it was always still good. I don’t normally post many reviews but i would like to make sure that Taha (i hope i spelled it correctly:) gets recognized by management, as he is exceptional and ads that extra touch of kindness, patience and true human compassion every time you pass through the drive through window! The whole team in this location has always bin very friendly, and it’s always a treat to pass by for fresh cup of coffee and a friendly hello! ❤️
I pulled into the drive-through at 4:50. The hours of operations says that they should be open at 4:30. There were people inside, but no one answered the intercom. Seems like they were late. I would have understood if someone would’ve came on and said sorry we are late, but they just ignored me.

I used a promo to order munchkins, but this location was out of munchkins when I arrived for pick up. The kind employee who helped me offered a bagful of generous alternatives, which more than made up for the out-of-stock munchkins.
I’m glad this is my neighborhood Dunkin.
