I’ve always loved Dunkin’ since 20 years ago when i lived in New England. I would still get Coffee from dd every now and then here in Fl and it was always still good. I don’t normally post many reviews but i would like to make sure that Taha (i hope i spelled it correctly:) gets recognized by management, as he is exceptional and ads that extra touch of kindness, patience and true human compassion every time you pass through the drive through window! The whole team in this location has always bin very friendly, and it’s always a treat to pass by for fresh cup of coffee and a friendly hello! ❤️

I pulled into the drive-through at 4:50. The hours of operations says that they should be open at 4:30. There were people inside, but no one answered the intercom. Seems like they were late. I would have understood if someone would’ve came on and said sorry we are late, but they just ignored me.

I used a promo to order munchkins, but this location was out of munchkins when I arrived for pick up. The kind employee who helped me offered a bagful of generous alternatives, which more than made up for the out-of-stock munchkins.

I’m glad this is my neighborhood Dunkin.

The staff is rude and the orders are wrong most of the time. I witnessed an employee locking the doors because of the stress. There is one employee in particular who doesn’t assist customers even though there is a long line.

This is the most mediocre dunkin that there is. I ordered a croissant and they gave it to me cold. I asked if I could get a new one that’s warm and there response was no because they don’t have a microwave and can’t heat it up in the oven. How are you gonna serve something like this that’s been paid for.

I almost never go here but when I do I remember why. The staff is so rude. It’s not even customer service it’s just rude people working here with zero customer service.

Allows app ordering for walk-ins but once you get there both doors are locked and the staff hardly make an effort to acknowledge anyone at the door. Took 15 minutes for a staff member to tell me to go around… unfortunately for I do not own a vehicle, but instructions were to go around through the drive-thru to pick up the order… As I walk up to the window the staff member tells me that they won’t be able to complete the order which was just a single cup of tea… She advised me to call the customer service line to process a refund because they were too busy to just either serve the cup of tea or take 2 minutes to do the refund for me. So I spent 20 minutes on hold until a representative on the phone became available just to tell me that my refund will take up 14 days to be completed… nearly a 40 ordeal that could have been addressed in just 3 minutes… And to add more disappointment to all this, hours later I received a generic apology from a operations manager. I’m guessing they have these typed up and saved in a file just for copy and paste. Anyways, avoid app orders for walk-in pick-ups…. It seems like they can’t suspend that option on their own end.
