Poor management and unprofessional employees. Constant chatting, laughing, and not paying attention. Poor service. Incorrect order. There were three to four flys hovering over a machine by the counter.

This dunkin always has my orders ready in about 15 minutes.. they always get my order right as well. Been coming here for about a yeat and havent had any problems !

First off, the staff is extremely rude. They don't even acknowledge your presence. Secondly, I placed an order online. It was $50.I left, got home and realized that my son didn't have his food. ( Chorizo wrap) When I got back to the store, I again had to wait for someone to even look at me, the first girl told me no,it wasn't missing, so I asked for a manager. Both women turned their backs and ignored me. The second lady finally spoke with me and let me know that she didn't have anymore which is why the second one wasn't there. They had let me walk out the door having paid for my food, knowing that the order wasn't complete. Are you kidding me? No manager on staff, and while standing here looking for a phone number to call, the one lady went to the back and pulled a chorizo wrap from the back. I can't make this up people. This is by far the worst Dunkin I visit. If not just for the rude staff every time I walk in the door. What happened today was theft. You took my product, then never offered anything more, never told me anything and let me leave. Do better! This whole rant is pathetic just because of pathetic employees and even more pathetic servie. Hopefully management or corporate sees this post, and is able to work on bettering this store.

The service was horrible. Cashier took my order without saying a word. I ordered a medium and they gave me a half full small and wouldn’t change it for a medium. Never coming back.

Yesterday asked for x large coffee cream lt sugar, got it blk. They love to sell rock hard muffins from the previous day. Ask for fresh one 50/50 crap shoot if it happens. Done with dunking done with tipping

The worse Dunkin I’ve ever ever been to it took them 40 min to give my order just for coffee and a sandwich and then the lady had the nerve to yell in Spanish when I asked her where my order this is crazy crazy do not go here

Always enjoy coming to the USA and seeing the differences between their stores and the ones we have in Canada. This Dunkin was great. Service was fast, staff polite. Not sure where the wishy washy reputation of Dunkin comes from but I've not had a negative experience. I do tend to forget that I have to say "hot tea" in the USA. Tea and coffee is always hot in Canada, only when we say ice(d) tea or coffee does it come cold.

This Dunkin has always been a hassle to order from but this will be my last time coming here. Today they decided to give my munchkins with a hair glazed over it. Disgusting. Not to mention the amount of times they have made a drink wrong and cause trouble to remake it. If you need coffee I suggest going anywhere but here.
