By far the worst location! They cannot get simple orders correct. I can't tell you how many times I have had issues with this location. Today I placed an order via the application and arrived 15 minutes later and was told they never received my order. Manager said she couldn't do anything about it. Now I am out the money and food. Just the worst! I've complained to corporate several times and nothing gets done. Stay away from this place.

Was going to be 20 min early to school, now im 20 min late. Stood in line for 20 min behind only two people. THEN when i get to the counter they tell me (the only person in line now) to wait and proceed with 5 PEOPLE behind the counter to make online orders etc. for like 10 minutes… im just standing there waiting to order. Nonetheless i get my coffee and its gross nothing like how it is at other locations, havent even tried the food yet but im sure its bad too. A place whose whole job is to get people coffee and breakfast before work/school should not SUCK THAT BAD.

Walked in, no one was in the front. Waited for a few minutes and then called out for someone and still no one came out. A few girls walked in after me and finally got the attention of the lady in the back. They apparently knew her and were hugging and exchanging kisses and stuff meanwhile I’m waiting here to order my drink. The lady came up to the register never even greeted me or apologized for not even being up there or having people wait.
The manager it’s so disrespectful and rude. I will not be coming again to this dunkin’ donuts. How come a person like this can be in a position and be called a manager. Super rude and disrespectful. Her service and her attitude was nothing compared to an actually good manager.

I went here for lunch. The ironic part I was originally a few doors down at the sandwich shop but I did not go in because I did not like the appearance of the staff handling my food. So I went to good old dunkin' donuts. The guy that took my order was a very slim guy everything was great initially professional etc. but after he put on the gloves. I noticed he touched the trash can and continue to make orders. By extreme luck he grabbed tongs because of the heat of the food and my food was unscathed but the order after mine was not.
