This one is always a hit or miss, you’ve got a 50/50 shot at your order being wrong. The coffee sometimes tastes bitter- like it’s the midnight blend instead of the original. Maybe they run out and use what’s on hand? I just don’t like that blend so I intentionally do not order

What’s the point of ordering ahead online if you’re just going to have to wait for 10 minutes anyways once you get to the restaurant… there’s quite literally 3 guest in the lobby. I’ll continue to go to the Dunkin on Sheridan across from the library.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Every time I order from this place there's always something wrong. either the food is cold, the service is trash, or the wait times are absurd. Today it was all of the above. I ordered a medium sweet tea and they gave me the smallest size they have, on the ticket it literally said medium. Every time I order from here, food is cold. Even though this location is on my way to where i'm going almost every time i want dunkin, im definitely gonna start going out of my way to go to the glades location. There's absolutely nothing that can fix this at this point. I've gone here since I've lived in weston, and i've seen them go through different managers and employees. Seems like this might just be an issue with the owner at this point. Quick tip: if you hire bad people and they become manager, they're gonna hire people just like them. They're all horrible "leaders". Get your act together.Edit: just realized they gave me the wrong munchkins too! here's a receipt to show ya.
Awful customer service. The one taking orders looks like a witch and acts like one. She charged 50 cents for whip cream which I didn’t get and didn’t want to return the money. The place was empty on a Sunday, no wonder. The donut was not cooked. Never again.

I usually come here for my coffee when I'm in the area just another dunkin pretty clean service is good and you know depending on the time you come in it's either empty or super packed parking Is a challenge not much of spaces for s busy plaza and they do have a meeting room with a tv in case you want to hold any corporate events.....

The staff is so rude. I come in and say "hi how are you?" nothing but a blank stare. I order and say "thank you" still no response? I get my food from a different lady and say thank you again thinking maybe it's just the other lady, STILL NOTHING?? And since when do you order a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel isn't toasted. I love a cold bagel with ice cold cream cheese yum. The place is pretty clean though ill give them that.

The most delicious donnas can be found in Dunkin Donnas. I go all the time and ask for them. My family loves it.

We stopped in here on the way to Vista View park. It was teacher appreciation day and a colleague insisted that I get a coffee from Dunkin. We were able to get coffee and get to the park before sunset. Service was excellent. I was quickly given a coffee and got a donut too. I was happy to tip the cost of the coffee to encourage the staff member before they closed. Now that I know where this location is, I will be stopping in more often on the way to the park. The location was clean, with friendly service and plenty of parking.
