This is the slowest service that I’ve ever come across from any Dunkin and I’m talking consistently just to get a coffee. I’m actually in line right now and it’s been over 20 minutes and there’s only one car in front of me and I watch them get a drink and a small bag. 20 minutes! Oh and they just screwed up my coffee, I asked for black and they gave me cream, so it’s not just slow service it’s bad service.

I prefer this location over the one nearby. They typically have a better donut selection and I don’t feel as rushed. The parking lot can get a bit hectic in the morning.
Parking: In the mornings if you park there you may get blocked in by the drive thru line.

Today I went to pick up my order, Sunday, September 22, and the afternoon staff took 25 minutes to deliver it to me with poor and slow attention. I could understand if the store would be full but there was no one there, just me, and they still treated me poorly and slow

Management refused to give us free doughnuts for our AARP membership. I showed them on the AARP web site and still refused to take care of us. We'll be going to Tower Shop Dunkin Donuts from now on.
The kids that work this location, along with their seasoned coworkers, keep it going in the heat and with volume. I have never been to a better dunkin.

Very busy place takes a while to get your order. The wrap I ordered was not quite up to Duncan's standards. First Duncan I've seen that has conference rooms as well. I guess if you're on the road and have a business meeting it wouldn't be bad especially to get the morning started. All in all, it's not a bad stop if you're looking for a Dunkin.
