Once again, I visit this location and they are trying to run things like Chick-fil-A. The employee is grabbing customers cards and walking with them in his hand multiple car lengths up to the pay window when I was sitting at the pay window I could read out an entire American Express credit card. This is a huge security risk to people’s personal information. I have explained this to the manager multiple times at this location and the location on Davie Road you guys think this helps speed up the process I’ve lived here my whole life this place used to be way busier and turn around food way quicker. This process is dumb and a risk to people’s information do better.

Very very very slow. Two cars ahead of me waited almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. Once at the front of the line didn’t take my credit card for another five minutes. Food sat by the window and nobody gave it to me for another seven minutes. When I knocked on the window and said what’s going on, their response was that they’re preparing my food, even though it was clearly sitting in a bag right next to them with nothing to prepare. I ordered four untoasted bagels and four donuts. To sit in a drive-through for almost 30 minutes for uncooked food is ridiculous. The employees didn’t even care. This used to be my my favorite Dunkin, it’s going downhill.
Best Dunkin' Donuts I’ve ever been to thanks to today’s experience. Been here many times over the years and it’s usually a typical experience. Food is ok for being fast food and coffee is usually burnt like every other place that does American coffee, but today specifically they were on a good one! The quality of the coffee and the food was incredible, whoever is managing the team and working today, they deserve a bonus for real because Dunkin has never tasted this good.

Best Dunkin’ Donut I been , The manager ( dude in black shirt ) he get everyone busy cleaning and taking care of the customers giving direct instructions, place is neat like no other dunkin, usually are dirty and employees don’t care much. it is so cool to watch a leader doing his job like this and they are so hard to find. Everyone working here looks clean. Other dunkin should come and train here. Great leadership I been in the restaurant business all my life so I know
