Horrible experience, i went through the drive through today, and was helped by this dark haired woman, and she had such a bad attitude and was very passive aggressive. I’m typically not a karen or write reviews at all, but I normally have a good experience at this Dunkin but now I will never return. The drink is horrible and tastes like the whole caramel syrup bottle was poured in it. I needed a pick me up before my shift, but this only made my day worse.

If I could give today's experience ALL ZEROS I would. The manager and trainer completely dismissed my concerns about my order taking over 10 minutes. It was placed at 707 and I didn't walk out until 720. Another customer came in complaining about their duplicate order and while speaking to me they handled him with a swiftness while my order was still incomplete. To have multiple staff members running the front and one person doing food orders is ridiculous. This wasn't the first time I've had this issue in the morning but definitely the last. This location prides itself on service well over the last three months its declined horribly and this experience took me over.

First of all, I have been going to this particular Dunkin for 10s of years, I have never gotten treated this horribly in my life at any fast food restaurant and that’s saying a lot. Today, i ordered two bagel minis and an order of hash browns, I waited over 20 minutes, after the fact I asked for the manager, which the lady shaked her head at me and told me No. Then the lady told me please just wait 1 minutes, whereas I just wasted 20 minutes of my time. When you have over 15 workers on duty, it should be easy to satisfy your customer, and deliver the best product possible, obviously none of this was shown today. This shows why this Dunkin Donuts has two star ratings, and why I will never be going back here again.
