ummmm, check your order and recipt before you leave cause they are extremely unethical. They'll leave meals out, and they'll tell you to take it up with who you orderd from EVEN THO I PICKED UP THE FOOD MYSELF. I walked in during dinner hours to pick up and was shocked how dead the place was and walked in during diner hours to show my recept for missing food and after dealing with Theo (feo?) the "manager" (who doesn't know how to contact any other manager or the owner), I completely understand why it was dead again during other places rush! Their food isn't good and they rob their clients. I would not recommend to anyone.

I will never be coming back here. I was eating dinner and witnessed the manager yelling at a delivery driver and berating him. The manager was making racial slurs and giving the delivery driver a difficult time when he was only trying to do his job. As the delivery driver tried to walk out of the store the manager kept antagonizing the driver and telling him to come back after closing. I am absolutely horrified how it is 2021, living in south FL and we are still dealing with racism and belittling others. I am truly disgusted and I urge everyone to not support this establishment.

Great coal fired pizza and wings. The eggplant pancakes were crispy and the sauce was flavorful. Great service and great ambiance. So nice to see a fully packed restaurant again on a Friday!

Great coal fire pizza, calamari and Stromboli (per my husband) we ate here for the first time with our family recently. Our son just being who he is assisted either the manager or owner(not sure) when he dropped something which prompted him to kindly give us a complimentary slice of chocolate cake as a thank you. VERY delicious cake. Due to having rowdy toddlers we most likely won't dine in again but will definitely do take out. Thanks again.

Such a lovely restaurant. My family and i enjoyed ourselves very much. Our waiter was great, the wings were crispy and yummy. The only reason why i took two stars off is being the pizza was extremely greasy which was a little disappointing. I got the margherita pizza and it was more like a cheese pizza from all the toppings spilling over. I tried folding it and everything yet there was more yummy toppings on my plate than on the pizza which is a pretty big deal for a pizza restaurant. But please don’t hesitate to go! It was an awesome experience overall.

This is our favorite italian restaurant in town!! Every time we went, we tried something new. The food is absolutely delicious!! I have never had a better pizza. Chicken parmigiana is also amazing. You have to try this place out!! You won’t regret it

We had a great experience. The food was delicious. Bob, our server, was the best, We spoke with Joe, the owner. We will definitely go back.

Entered and were promptly greeted and seated. Server was super nice wearing a mask and very attentive. We ordered a coal fired eggplant and ricotta cheese pizza. It was amazing, cooked to perfection with generous toppings. This is a great spot, ample parking near many other retail outlets.. We will be back. Thank you!

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!MY SALAD HAD SEVERAL FRUIT FLIES.My Husband went back to the restaurant to complain and the manager was contacted by phone, he mistreated and screamed F.... Several times to my husband. Unfortunately they closed before the police arrived.Very poor customer service.Not sure if they comply with the minimal regulations.I wish I could give 0 stars to this place.By the way if you read the responses to the bad reviews you realize is the same GENTLEMAN on the phone with my husband, he shouldn't be managing any kind business, this guy will ruin this place.

VERY BADDD!!Our salad had Flies coming out of the container, we went back to show what was wrong. Randy the Manager wasn't there but employee called him and he cussed us and said to leave. The employees were about to take away the foood away, but we took it in time. The employees didn't want to help us with fixing the problemP. S Randy, we read what you've answered before, and please your a grown man with a business , learn how to type professionally

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!

I was craving pizza and boy was it GOOD!!

The food is delicious unfortunately the staff in the front and manager Randy not very helpful. The attention to online orders and response to customers is really bad. Had an issue with delivery and he rushed me off the phone so he could take other calls without resolving the issue. Love the food but may not be ordering again due to this. Would Rather eat ok food with better customer service. Lost customers and would not refer due to staff.

I’ve ordered and been to this restaurant many times. Typically pretty good but this time, a really poor experience. From the initial order of the takeout to the person at the counter who could’ve been one and the same, was anything but pleasant. My wife picked up the food and during a rain storm, no one offered to help and yes she asked...to come out to the car, parked directly in front, with the food. In fact, With my wife loaded down with pizza and bags of food, one would think the least they could do was hold the door open but the person could not find the time to walk the 5 feet to open the door. We ordered a large pizza with mushroom and onion. I guess I should’ve specified pizza sauce and cheese because they seem to have been MIA and the mushrooms, let’s just say we could count on one hand the number of mushrooms on the entire pizza. It would also appear that the pizza shrunk from a large to a medium which would explain why eating required excessive fluid due to the dryness of this creation. Perhaps this is why on the front door covering the welcome sign is an advertisement looking for a manager. The chicken francese was good and that was the only reason I’m giving two stars because the service, if one could call it that, was deplorable and rude beyond belief. By the way the restaurant was totally empty so take out was the only game in town. With so many excellent restaurants who have struggled mightily during Covid Seeking the support of their patrons, it’s just quite surprising to have an experience like this.

Best service ever, BEST PIZZA ever, and the fiocchi is so much better in this place than the other one. The chef Karina was so kind and her food was delicious. Coming back soon!!!!
