The girl did not speak English well and it was only her second day there. She left several things off the subs. I knew I had to check because she kept asking me to repeat myself. The guy tried to argue with me and he didn’t even take the order. Then he put things missing off the sandwich one by one. I got home and the provolone cheese was also missing off my steamer that it was supposed to come with. I called and the phone rang 10 times and nobody picked up twice on two tries. The sandwich was gross and a disappointment. Subway next time.

The manager was extremely rude and sarcastic. My potato soup was old and brown so when I asked for a refund, she got snippy with me. I ended up asking for a complete refund for my entire order since her customer service skills were off. She told me I couldn't get a refund and got loud with me. She ended up calling someone and finally issued my credit. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The manager felt entitled and again very rude! She needs to get out of the restaurant hospitality business.

Located on the corner of University and Stirling, this Firehouse Subs is generally pretty consistent. We ordered ahead in the app and it said it would be ready at 6:20. Was ready about 5 minutes earlier so that was nice. It’s always kind of empty in there but somehow they have been in this plaza for a long time. It took a while for either of the employees to acknowledge me being there but I guess cause they were both busy making sandwiches.
The sandwiches last night were fine but nothing special. Order was accurate and they remembered the pickle which other locations usually forget. The bread was just toasty at the front and back end of the sandwich rather than all throughout. I can’t tell if they put less meat on than they have in the past but seemed like maybe so. Overall I will return when I’m in the mood for a hot sandwich and in the area.

Wow I had read the reviews prior to going there and was staying away for a while today I decided to try it and now I see why there's bad reviews there is a female behind the counter who no matter what I tried would not smile or even reciprocate a response to my effort to make a conversation absolutely no customer service. No wonder the place was a ghost town not one other person there I don't know how that place exists. I ordered a small Italian which is the equivalent of a Jersey Mike's Mini needless to say I would have been much happier with Jersey Mike's and more ways than one. Done with this place

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had an absolutely awful experience, largely due to the terrible service provided by a short, darker woman working behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though I was interrupting her day by simply being there. She barely acknowledged me when I ordered, rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question about the menu, and seemed irritated that I was taking up her time. The food, while decent, was completely overshadowed by the poor attitude and lack of professionalism I encountered. If you're looking for decent service, I highly recommend going somewhere else. Firehouse Subs needs to seriously rethink the people they have working in customer-facing positions.

Ordered from Uber eats italian sub, SO GROSS! The sub is supposed to be cold, but instead they heat up your sub AFTER it has a bunch of mayo and lettuce on it causing it to be a nasty sloppy mess! Why would you heat up lettuce and mayo??
Sandwich did not look anything like there commercial or pictures in window. Had one large and one medium Sandwich and one sprite price was 31.00 I think there too expensive last time I eat there. Wish I could put up a pic of what my sub looked like.

Only one employee working. Came in for lunch time at 12:20 and it’s 1:20 and still haven’t received my food. How can the manager schedule 1 person to run a food location. This is poor management skills. The lady working is doing everything she can but there’s to much orders. She’s doing online orders and walk ins. For sure give her a raise and give her some help.This is unacceptable.
