This ice cream shop was very disappointing! It was all flash, no substance! It was extremely overpriced for the quality of ice cream received. $14.95 for an ice cream cookie sundae with only one scoop is a bit steep, which I wouldn't have minded if the ice cream was good, but what was supposed to taste like pistachio ice cream just tasted like bland, extremely sugary milk. I also didn't feel so good after eating it, and my stomach just did not feel right. I've eaten at many other ice cream places before, and this has never happened to me. I won't be back! If you want pretty Instagram pictures, but mediocre ice cream, this is the place for you! If you want good ice cream that actually tastes like the flavor it should be, go spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Delicious ice cream and milk shakes. Got the salted caramel with chocolate and it was excellent.

Spoke to a manager Jeremy and he addressed my concerns and welcomed me back. This review/rating is strictly for Briana she is very sweet and professional not just this time but the last time i was there also. This visit the black girl with the short hair was waving her hand like hurry up while i was trying to decide which dessert and Briana remained professional and courteous. I love how when her coworkers are being immature and unprofessional she tries to professionally redirect the situation. I hope she gets promoted to a team lead or manager she stands out so much in a great way.

The cookies also aren’t fresh are just warmed in the microwave the tall male employee wish i knew his name is so very rude

Kind friendly staff , but the good things to say end there. The ice cream all tasted very bland and we had tiramisu and pistachio , both tasted like vanilla if anything …. Maybe just milk and sugar… product quality is not commensurate with the high prices. Please get a real artist for your decor instead of Ai the Ai photos were creepy and soulless. I’d prefer a 5 year old used crayon and drew an ice cream cone and that got hung up on the wall. Created a bad eating experience as I felt like I was in an chucky horror movie with their soulless eyes and strange uncanny mangled distorted fingers.

Amaya is always good to me and my girl. Good place for couples.

10/10 the cream and shakes were sooo top tier! Everything was fresh, delicious and customizable. Great family fun and date night idea. This will not disappoint I highly recommend. The portions were large as well and it’s up to you if you want to keep the cups as a souvenir 🫶🏽

Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant so I definitely had nondairy while the fm enjoyed regular nitrogen ice cream
