Our tiki is absolutely beautiful, and the crew worked hard to get it done in one day, but we had bumps, and lots of delays after the job was done in fixing issues. Upon speaking with JC, I was rudely met with silence when I explained why I was calling (even though my voice message and several unanswered emails stated so in detail). I also received responses such as "what do you want me to do about it" in regard to braces not being secured fully, and "you (meaning me the customer)...read full review
These folks do amazing work and unbelievably they are honest and will do exactly what they say. Very rare today to see that in a business. I am completely happy with my Chickee Hut. I highly recommend Island Tiki hut!!!!!! 5 star all the way
