I chose Island Time because Art was so friendly and informative. He suggested for me to pressure clean the wood to make it look like new. With the fresh thatch, it looks amazing. The whole process was easy and quick. The guys did a great job. I would highly recommend Island Time Tiki Huts!

We moved into our home 3 ½ years ago and have noticed severe holes in the thatched roof of our Tiki-Hut. While out running errands on a Saturday we found ourselves going by “Island Time”. There was a guy mowing lawn and we inquired about contacting the company. The man turned around and said to take a picture of his shirt where the contact info was included for him. Although closed on Saturday Art invited us in his property and we were sold on his professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm. In a day we had the quote to replace the roof and two columns. Two weeks later the job was professionally completed and even covered the pool to prevent debris from falling into the water. Art is very friendly, professional and will keep his word. Something that is hard to find in South Florida. Highly recommend “Island Time”.

I was not happy with the last company that did it as it only lasted 4 years before I started seeing some holes. I was happy to see the narrow 1.5”-2” that Art’s crew put the palm fronds stalks on center for better coverage. His crew came out next day and completed the job. Very happy to have such a nice job done.
