I've been here once before for a simple mani/pedi and it was a relaxing experience. My regular mani lasted an entire week! The salon is very clean and neat. I decided to go back for a gel mani. I haven't had success with gel manicures. They last just a couple days before they start chipping and I explained that to my technician, Dao. Kai's Nail Spa is THEE place to go! At the spur of the moment, I decided I urgently needed to get my nails done. It's Friday, so I knew it would almost impossible to get a last minute appointment anywhere. Came on to Yelp, and decided to call Kai's. The receptionist is the absolute sweetest! Beautiful interior. Service was great. Pedicure could have lasted a little longer but it was still good. They didn't seem inconvenienced by our walk in wanting two pedis and a gel mani. I would go back, but I would also experience other places as well just due to the proximity to home.
