The food was normal. The new apple pie pieces are a rip off with nothing in them. My complaint is the dine in was awful. All the homeless come in the dine In place with all their bikes and take up seating and their all there charging their phones. The dine in area just is not a comfortable environment to be peacefully also no one is really enforcing no bikes or homeless being in there.

On June 18th around 8:49 pm I received the WORST customer service In my life! I have been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years and this was just disgusting and horrible I order 3 burritos and I received one big burrito in my bag I tried to knock on the door but the entire staff was ignoring me I walked around the entire building searching for a staff member to help me with my order but I receive unbehavoriable service!! I do not recommend no one to come to this franchise location because the employee's are down right terrible and I've been coming there for years and it's always have been the same nasty attitudes and same poor customer service. This location Definitely needs to be shut down they don't even follow the corporations rules especially with the dining room, i continuously have came to this location to eat inside and they're doors are locked by employee's by before 5:30pm I DONT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION !!

It was Saturday, the time was 9:45 pm, all the doors in the restaurant were closed.
Very disappointed with the staff, I have had to pay for family orders without getting white meat, I have been in the facility on 2 different occasions and both times they ran out of white meat, I was still charged regular family orders with the only remaining chicken they had, very disappointed with the staff and the service.
