Had a reservation for 11.30 am. Confirmed both through the app and talking to somebody and when we went the place was closed and nome of the phone numbers were getting responses. Extemely unprofessional and disappointing

Let's Have Tea, a British Tea Room is such a great place. The environment is genuinely welcoming and uplifting. I love coming here to study while sipping on some yummy coffee. Andy, Nick, and Dave are the best!

This review is for the British shop. They had a wonderful selection of food and gifts at Christmas. Very happy to get frozen roast potatoes and frozen Yorkshire pudding‘s as well as chocolate for friends. Very nice lady at the register. Met other British friends in the store!

This review is for the shop the British Marketplace Place which is next to the tea room. It is now under new ownership and the new owner is very nice. Prices seem to have gone down a little and the store is better organized. There are some wonderful updated items in the freezer including Yorkshire pudding’s, roast potatoes, and sausages. All the food in the shop has good sell by dates which it didn’t always under the previous ownership. Highly recommended for any Anglophiles or British shoppers!

Previous owner is a sweet man. Sadly the tea room is closing, but the shop remains open. The new owner Andrew seems like a nice guy too. Items are authentic British items. I will be revisiting soon.

Great BRITISH TEA SHOP. ALL SHOULD HURRY IN QUICK BECAUSE SADLY AFTER ALMOST 2 DECADES THEY ARE CLOSING. MANY GREAT DEALS TO BE HAD FROM FINE ENGLISH TEAS TO BRITISH SWEET TREATS, TEA CUPS, PORCELAINS, TEA POTS AND KETTLES, & SO MUCH MORE. A MUST GO FOR THE SERIOUS TEA CONNOISSEUR.

The business was wonderful but sadly owner is retiring and the business is either up for sale or will be closing down

I went (before quarantine) for a small bridal event. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would!1. Owners/servers are VERY rude (we were not, au contraire). Snarky attitude from start to end. Terrible, service...absolutely atrocious.2. Food is Mediocre, and that's putting it nicely. The so-called housemade creampuffs are from Costco, as the some of the other treats. They use low quality white sliced bread for their sandwiches - the kind of bread that tastes like paper and that you can buy at a discount store. Not at all en par with What you pay. Way overpriced for the LOW quality.Anything you have here you can make your own tra party at home with grocery store items because nothing is house made - they dont really have a kitchen or cook. That offense may have been forgiven had they not been condescending.
