Staff is very nice and very quick. 👍🏾 Having a drive thru is so good! BUT for the last month or so this location does not have any napkins to give, making it difficult to enjoy a hot pizza without it getting messy. To the owners of this place.... GIVING NAPKINS TO CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BANKRUPT YOUR SPOT. Try and do better, it's just napkins!

You, hire anither person or tell the manager to help with the dinner rush. I waited almost an hour for 1 pizza (it was hot but not ready you know what I mean). They had this kid in the back (Thomas S I think) he was back there killing himself trying to handle like 50 pizzas that came in between drive thru orders, walk ins and online orders. I know for a fact there was at least one other person in the back and they weren't helping this guy at all. He had like 6 other dudes waiting around just as long if not longer than I was. Either give this kid a raise or get him some help because this is ridiculous.

This was our first time picking up from here. We buy from other locations all the time so we are familiar with the pizza. We ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni regular crust. When we got our food. The crust was very thin and crispy. Not like a regular crust. My husband asked them to remake it and they did but the person at the window told my husband that it will probably be the same. Sure enough he got the same thin and crispy pizza. I honestly think they gave us back the same pizza , both were like warm and didn’t taste fresh. The guy in the window tried to tell us that this is normal for the crust to be like this but we know it’s not and with the convenience of a drive thru it’s very disappointing that the quality of the pizza is so bad. Very disappointing!!!

I waited for 30 mins in line and then when I reached the window I was told I will have ti wait for another 20 mind fir cheese pizza. They need more people working in there. 2 people are not sufficient. There were other people apart from me who also left with purchasing.

I ordered a supreme pizza which is supposed to come full of onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, and sausage, and it barely came with any of the veggies.very poorly made. I had the same pizza in a different location and it was excellent. This store on Stirling rd needs to get it together.

It is in a very good location, they are generally quick to serve, although sometimes they do take a while to place the pizza that is picked up at the store. Unfortunately, the machine never works and we have to wait for the self-service person or the person in the store to attend. so they can deliver your pizza

Everytime I've ordered from here, the workers have always been kind and got my order correct. Other Little Caesars either make you wait to order until you have exact change or are rude when taking your order. Today, I didn't have any small bills and had to go to the Publix to get change and was surprised when I came back and pulled up he had my order done and ready ♡ Also love how the location has a drive thru for convenience
I order frequently from this store because is close to my job. Yesterday I ordered my regular pepperoni pizza and it arrived by Uber eats in less than 20 minutes. I started eating the pizza and it was undercooked, tasted so bad. An hour after eating the pizza I started feeling nauseous and blooded, 35 hours after (now) I’m still feeling horrible on the couch. Had to call in sick to work today. This food poisoning is very bad. Never again I will order from this disgusting place.
