I have been a regular at LongHorn for years, but over the past two years, this chain has become an absolute disaster. Two days ago, I visited this location, and it was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
The place was filthy—beyond disgusting. It felt like walking into a pigsty. The floor was covered with food scraps and trash, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. While we were lucky to have a pleasant and attentive waiter, the rest of the staff looked unkempt—dirty uniforms, greasy hair, and grimy fingernails.
The kitchen, which was partially open and visible from the dining area, was a complete mess. It was located disturbingly close to the restrooms, and from what I could see, chaos and filth ruled the space. Food was scattered all over the floor, and the overall impression was horrifying. If LongHorn insists on maintaining such unsanitary conditions, the least they could do is close off the kitchen so customers don’t have to witness the disaster.
The final straw was the restroom. It resembled a neglected public bathroom rather than a facility in a supposedly reputable restaurant. Used toilet paper and napkins were scattered everywhere, the toilets were clogged, and someone had vomited in the sink—right next to what appeared to be a salad. It was absolutely revolting.
I will never set foot in LongHorn again, no matter how good the food might be. If this restaurant chain wants to maintain any credibility, they need to overhaul their staff, replace the management, and prioritize hygiene. Until then, I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to think twice.

To go curbside delivery- don’t even do it just walk inside save yourself the hassle. However food is always great exactly what you expect great cost.
I order in house and carry out. When in doubt longhorn it out.

After a long day, this was the perfect place the relax with some fine food.
My waitress was amazing! I tipped around 30% because she was worth it. I'm not a heavy steak eater, but the next time I'm in the mood, this will be the place.

The restaurant has terrible service. The waiter didn’t even introduce himself or say his name. It was filthy under the tables and in several areas. The dish was presented horribly—completely wet and dirty. They sent the wrong order, and the waiter didn’t even pay attention to us.

Our server was Amy, the dog lover, she was pleasant and professional! It's my first time in your restaurant, but have eaten many take outs. I was disappointed when I walked into your establishment wanting to smell steaks cooking, but I only smelled stale beer 😕 The restroom, ladies, was awful, water on floor in stalls, it wasn't clean. Over weight server that kept bumping into me and guest. We had 2 fillets and a ribeye. 2 were undercooked. For the price of meals, I expected better atmosphere and a cleaner restaurant.

I had a great experience with LongHorn we had a birthday party and a gender reveal dinner we told them one number of amount of people that will be there and it ended up being more they were busy but they was working with us we was patient and they managed to still sit us in the same area we said 15 people and it wa about 25 of us and we ate good and had a great time Karen the manager and Vanessa our waitress was amazing I give this location 5 starts we were satisfied thanks again Karen and Vanessa 🙏🏽❤️
