Everything else was fine. It was these 2 girls that kept giving me looks, 2 black females, one had glasses the other didn’t. Just asking me stupid questions as everyone else was taking forever to collect payment on an order that I placed through the kiosk. It wasn’t like I was giving anyone a death stare or anything, I was just patiently waiting. But instead of helping me with my order they decide to Ask about my pants and stuff instead lol. I don’t know if I remind them of someone who got them upset earlier or not, but I don’t got anything to do with their problems lol. I don’t even know who they are either, so I couldn’t tell if they were either joking, being condescending, or gaslighting.

If I could rate this McDonald's a 0 I would! Worst experience ever!! I went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger and as soon as I pulled out I took a bite because I was starving. It was ice cold so I drove back through and very nicely asked them to please heat it up or remake it and the girl at the window said "what do you mean it's cold"? I said it's cold. So, she told me to pull up to the second window, two more girls opened the window and I re explained my burger was cold. I spoke nicely and they came back with another one and asked me how it was? I nicely said this one is cold too. They went over to the manager and came back and told me the manager said you are not allowed to come back. Seriously!? I paid for something and it should be delivered as expected, be it fast food or a $100 meal. As I drove away both girls were laughing. So unprofessional and disrespectful!

I came to the drive through today at around 1:45 PM today to only order a unsweetened Ice Tea and a Spicy chicken sandwich. This young black woman was nice but she put in the wrong order. I ended up getting a sweetened ice tea, and my spicy chicken sandwich came with fries that I didn't order.
I ordered a medium caramel frappe, instead, I got a small for it.

Don’t come at night, waited 10 minutes just to order, then was told to pull up to last window WAITING ON FRIES. Waited another 15 minutes just for fries and got tired of it. Lack luster establishment , there all high as giraffe balls in there
