The service was average considering that the young girl serving was in training. The food was prepared as ordered. The food was average at best, the meat patty looked like it was reheated, and the fries were not hot. There is a lot of room for improvement in this store.

I ordered a burger with extra catchup. It came basically floating on catchup, it was so much the box was totally covered of it. Someone is not happy working there and is making sure the customers are not happy too. Plus they sent me more than 20 bags of catchup.

So now this Mc Donalds decides that when you are ordering and you ask for a large water instead of telling you we have only one size of water in a bottle if you want a large it is tap water and we charge 75centents and than we make the decision as a customer....well, no! They just charge you and you come to realize at the pick up window that you are been charge for a large tap water cup without any warning is tap water and they charge. How ridiculous is this? Why Don't you charge you employees for leaving the bathrooms nasty by not checking on them often and letting water run as much as they want in the sinks.

Horrible service, only 1 family of 5 in front of my I asked politely if I could order the manager told me just a minute, which turned into 5 minutes, apparently the next order can be taken until the serve the food to the first people.I have ordered the same thinks at McDonald's for over 40 years, cheeseburger No Ketchup, No Pickles I get it full of ketchup I bring it back and the girl that took my order told me I ordered it that way, and when I told her that I have preferred it the same way for 60 years instead of saying I must have misunderstood you, she had the audacity to tell me that I'd but what I said, with attitude to boot and my remake has the cheese half on and half out of the bun needless to say I've cold and not melted.I also asked for a 1/2 & 1/2 on my frozen coke with the Hawaiian punch and apparently this of the only place on earth that doesn't allow it and this place also charges for a dipping sauce for your fries since I can't eat ketchup I always get the hot mustard to dip mine in and while I'm pulling out the money to give her a lady from the family came up for mustard and tarter sauce and was not charged and I know this because she stopped helping me to help the other lady and I had to call her out and say here is my money can I please have my sauce.The way I was treated I'm sure they don't care that I'll never be back
